According to New York Mets general manager Zack Scott, second baseman Jeff McNeil (hamstring) could return to the Mets by next weekend in time for their series against the Nationals in Washington. McNeil suffered a significant hamstring strain back on May 16 and has been on the 10-day injured list since May 17. While no definitive timeframe has been provided for McNeil's return from the IL, he will reportedly begin a rehab assignment soon. Fantasy managers should remain patient with McNeil who may only be a week away from his return to the Mets lineup.--Nick Ritrivi - RotoBaller
