Jedrick Wills Tweaks His Ankle
4 years agoCleveland Browns rookie left tackle Jedrick Wills (ankle), the 10th overall pick in this year's draft, tweaked his ankle in the Monday night loss to the Ravens, according to a source. However, the injury isn't serious and shouldn't be a concern moving forward. Head coach Kevin Stefanski also said that safety Andrew Sendejo (concussion) suffered a concussion on Monday and is in the league's protocol. Wills has started all 13 games for Cleveland this year and has been an underrated part of quarterback Baker Mayfield's resurgence in 2020. Unless he suffers a setback this week, the Browns should have Wills protecting Mayfield's blind side on Sunday night against the Giants.
