5 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies infielders Jean Segura and Scott Kingery will both see time at second base and third base in spring training. It will be the "sum of three parts" in deciding where they play during the regular season. Segura hit a healthy .280/.323/.420 with 12 home runs, 60 RBI and 10 stolen bases in 144 games in 2019 in his first year in Philly. He's never played third base in the big leagues, though, so the better bet is that Kingery spends most of his time at the hot corner with Segura at the keystone. The 29-year-old is no longer a lock to steal 20-plus bags for fantasy owners and also shouldn't be relied on for 20-plus home runs, which he's only done once in his career.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
