Jameson Williams Up In The Air For Week 13
2 years agoDetroit Lions head coach Dan Campbell said he has not made a decision on whether rookie wide receiver Jameson Williams (knee) will come off Injured Reserve to make his NFL debut in Week 13 against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday. The Lions said earlier this week that it would likely be a long shot that Williams would play this weekend, and even if he does surprisingly suit up, the 21-year-old first-rounder is unlikely to play more than a handful of snaps as the team eases him into the offense. Williams is almost 11 months removed from a torn ACL, and although he has a very high long-term ceiling, fantasy managers probably shouldn't expect too much from down the stretch once he makes his debut.
