Toronto Raptors guard Ja'Kobe Walter (hip) is available to play ahead of Sunday's game against the Oklahoma City Thunder. Walter is back in the mix after missing the last seven games due to a hip injury. It's unclear if Walter will have a minutes limit during his first game back in the rotation. Walter hasn't been a consistent contributor this season anyway, so he's better off left on waivers. His role will likely be minimal, especially with Immanuel Quickley (ankle) cleared to play.--Andy Webb
