4 years agoNew York Giants head coach Joe Judge said that wide receiver Golden Tate is not with the team for their walk-through practice on Wednesday. Judge said he met with Tate after the wideout reportedly has been displeased with his role in the offense. Tate is expected to return to practice on Thursday. The 32-year-old veteran has just six targets in the last three games combined and has been hurt by the return of receiver Sterling Shepard in recent weeks. Tate did catch a touchdown pass, his second in as many weeks, in the Monday night loss to the Buccaneers, but his lack of volume in New York's passing attack makes him a tough sell for fantasy managers in standard-sized leagues.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
