Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Geno Smith enters a Week 9 matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars, who have allowed the fifth-most points to opposing quarterbacks. Smith continues to struggle with his new team, as he posted a season-low 2.78 points last week against the Chiefs. The Raiders' signal-caller has been one of the worst starting quarterbacks in the league, with seven touchdowns and 10 interceptions on the year. Fantasy managers should continue to look elsewhere and even watch Kenny Pickett as a potential late-season replacement for Smith.--Shaun Albin
