Four teams have checked in on relief pitcher Fernando Rodney. His overall numbers in 2019 don't look good (5.66 ERA, 1.62 WHIP, 5.3 BB/9), but most of the damage against him came in his 17 relief outings with the A's. Rodney actually pitched much better with the Nationals (4.05 ERA, 1.35 WHIP, two saves) in 38 outings and helped them on their World Series run. The 42-year-old will likely have to settle for a minor league deal somewhere, though, and he's highly unlikely to land somewhere that will give him the outright closing job in the ninth inning.--Keith Hernandez
