Dee Eskridge Still Dealing With Hamstring Injury
Dee Eskridge (hamstring) took part in the early portion of practice on Wednesday before he was limited. Head coach Pete Carroll said the team didn't want to overwork him as he dealt with hamstring tightness. A second-round pick last year, Eskridge missed some time in the spring with the same hamstring injury. The 25-year-old dealt with injuries in his rookie season as well and finished with a disappointing 10 catches on 20 targets for 64 yards and one touchdown in 10 games (zero starts) in 2021. He should have a bigger role (if healthy) this year, but Seattle's situation at quarterback won't help his cause for a better performance in his sophomore season.
