Ricardo Ramos suffered a first-round submission loss to Kaan Ofli on the UFC Rio main card opener on Saturday. Ramos got taken down early, but he grabbed Ofli's leg, nearly locking in a knee bar in the opening moments of the first. It took him some time, but Ofli got out of the compromising position. Ofli then took Ramos' back and sank in the rear-naked choke, forcing Ramos to tap out. In 3:02 of action, Ramos landed a single significant strike. Ramos has dropped four of his past five fights and is 8-7 since joining the UFC in 2017.--Alen Kurbasic
