San Francisco 49ers linebacker Fred Warner (ankle) suffered a dislocated ankle during Sunday's Week 6 contest against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, according to Dianna Russini of The Athletic. Warner registered one tackle before being carted off the field in the first quarter, and he was quickly ruled out. The star linebacker will meet with doctors to determine how much time he will miss. A long-term absence is possible. In the short term, San Francisco will likely be without Warner when it takes on the Atlanta Falcons next week. Tatum Bethune should earn more defensive snaps in his absence.--Andersen Pickard
