Cam Skattebo Looks Ready to Go for OTAs
New York Giants running back Cam Skattebo (ankle) was seen at Arizona's pro day last Friday, and he looked ready to go for the start of organized team activities next week, according to general manager Joe Schoen. "[He was] jogging around, running, jumping on ex-teammates' backs and stuff like that. I said, Will you stop?" Schoen said. "But he's declaring himself he's ready to go. So it'll be good to see him next week as well. We'll ease him back. Obviously, we don't play until September, but he's in good headspace, physically as well." The Giants aren't going to rush the 24-year-old back after having season-ending surgery to fix a dislocated ankle, but all signs point to him being a full-go for training camp and for the start of the 2026 regular season in early September. Durability could be an issue for the battering ram of an RB, but the former fourth-rounder has RB1 fantasy upside in what looks like it could be an explosive offense going forward under dual-threat QB Jaxon Dart. Skattebo had 410 rushing yards and five touchdowns on 101 carries in eight games in 2025, adding 24 catches for 207 yards and two more scores as a receiver.
