Seattle Mariners relief pitcher Collin Snider (forearm) was placed on the 15-day injured list on Wednesday with a right forearm flexor strain. He made 24 appearances out of the bullpen for Seattle this season but posted a 5.47 ERA and 3.64 FIP in his 26 1/3 innings with four holds and no saves. Snider picked up a win with two shutout innings last Saturday against the Twins but was knocked around by the Orioles and Nationals in his two other outings over the last week. There is no word that he's facing a major issue, so he'll likely be back in a couple of weeks to rejoin the bullpen for the Mariners. To fill his roster spot, the team recalled Casey Legumina, who is 4-3 with a 4.35 ERA in 21 games for Seattle this season and did not appear in the minors after being optioned last Saturday.--Zach Thompson - RotoBaller
