Oakland Athletics middle reliever Chris Hatcher had a mediocre inning of relief in a 9-2 victory against Toronto Sunday afternoon. He went one inning allowing one hit and one walk while striking out one batter. Hatcher has a very poor strikeout rate (14.1%) to go with an average walk rate (9.9%). He is consistently getting used in situations that are just to fill innings, not high-leverage stressful outings. Despite that, he carries a 5.17 ERA and 1.91 WHIP. Hatcher should not be owned, even in holds leagues.--Ellis Canady - RotoBaller
