Bucs Non-Committal On Antonio Brown's Role
4 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians is non-committal on what wide receiver Antonio Brown's role will be when he makes his team debut in Week 9 against the Saints on Sunday night. "He'll have his role – it could be 10 plays [or] it could be 35 plays. I wouldn't anticipate 60 plays, for sure, but we'll just see how it goes," Arians said. Tampa officially activated Brown from the suspended list on Tuesday and waived receiver Cyril Grayson in a corresponding move. It's anyone's guess as to how many snaps the 32-year-old Brown will play on Sunday, but we already know that quarterback Tom Brady likes to throw his way from the one game they played together in New England last year. There will be a risk factor for Brown in fantasy, but at the very least, he should be considered a WR3/flex with upside in his first game in 2020.
