1 year agoPittsburgh Pirates outfielder Bryan Reynolds (back) said Tuesday night that he did some hitting earlier in the day and will attempt to throw on Wednesday. He is feeling good and is hoping to be activated from the 10-day injured list when he's eligible this Friday. "That's the hope," Reynolds said. Hopefully for fantasy managers, Reynolds will be back in Friday's lineup for the start of a crucial divisional series against the Milwaukee Brewers. The 28-year-old landed on the IL due to lower-back inflammation, but it hasn't been a serious issue and he should be back this weekend. Reynolds is a must-start in fantasy when he's in Pittsburgh's lineup. He'll be returning to a .279 average (72-for-258) with eight homers, 40 RBI, eight stolen bases and 38 runs scored.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
