Breshad Perriman Misses Another Practice
4 years agoNew York Jets head coach Adam Gase said that wide receiver Breshad Perriman (ankle) and rookie left tackle Mekhi Becton (shoulder) will both miss practice on Thursday. Neither player was able to practice on Wednesday either, so they'll need to get in at least a limited practice on Friday to have a shot at playing in Week 5 against the Cardinals. Perriman has been out the last two weeks and doesn't look like he's close to getting back on the field. The 27-year-old is droppable in shallow formats in one of the league's worst offenses, especially with quarterback Sam Darnold (shoulder) out this Sunday. Jamison Crowder, Chris Hogan and Braxton Berrios should operate in three-wide sets if Perriman misses another game, with Crowder the only wideout worth considering in fantasy.
