The Minnesota Twins are finalizing a one-year deal worth slightly more than $3 million with free-agent relief pitcher Blake Parker on Monday, according to sources. Parker had a 3.26 ERA, 1.24 WHIP, 9.5 K/9 and 14 saves in 67 outings for the Angels last year. He should be the favorite to close with his new squad over Trevor Hildenberger, which will give Parker value as a mid-tier fantasy closer in 2019.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
