The Chicago Bears signed free-agent safety Dane Cruikshank to an undisclosed one-year deal on Wednesday. It's the team's second safety signing of the offseason after they re-signed DeAndre Houston-Carson to serve as additional depth. Cruikshank is a former fifth-round pick in 2018, and he spent the last four years playing for the Tennessee Titans. In 44 career games (four starts), the 26-year-old has 65 tackles (46 solo), one interception, two passes defensed and a forced fumble in four seasons. All four of his career starts came in 2021. The Bears could really use a solid starter opposite Eddie Jackson, but it's unclear if Cruikshank will fill that role in Chicago.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
