Minnesota Twins starting pitcher Bailey Ober will receive a spot start against the Kansas City Royals on Sunday. The right-hander will be making his second appearance of the season. Ober allowed four runs on four hits during his first outing against the Chicago White Sox. There's a good chance Ober heads back to the minors after his outing on Sunday.
