Arizona State WR Jordyn Tyson Will Not Play In Week 9
The Big 12's leading receiver, Arizona State's Jordyn Tyson, is listed as out in the initial injury report for Week 9. Tyson leads the conference in receptions (57), yards (628), and touchdowns (eight). Tyson suffered a hamstring injury straight in the Week 8 win over No. 7 Texas Tech, but returned to catch a pass on the game-winning drive for the Sun Devils. Tyson has 39.3% of Arizona State's receptions this year. Derek Eusebio is the next leading wide receiver on the team with just seven receptions. expect Arizona State to lean heavily on TE Chamon Metayer and sophomore reciever Jaren Hamilton in Tyson's absence against Houston.
