Andrew Cashner Serves Up Three Homers In Loss
5 years agoBoston Red Sox starting pitcher Andrew Cashner lasted 5 1/3 innings, while surrendering six runs on seven hits with three walks and four strikeouts. The ultimate doom for Cashner was the three homers he allowed in the fourth through sixth innings. He threw just 83 pitches but his command wavered which ultimately lead to the blow up. Cashner is 1-4 since being traded to the Red Sox, and he's allowed 24 runs in 28 2/3 innings. Stay far away from Cashner, especially in his next start, which falls against the Dodgers on Sunday.
