Former Buffalo Bills wide receiver Amari Cooper, who was one of the league's top free agents still available, is signing an undisclosed one-year deal with the Las Vegas Raiders on Monday, a source tells NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Cooper will return to the team that drafted him with the fourth overall pick in 2015 out of Alabama. The 31-year-old veteran was a Pro Bowler in each of his first two seasons in Oakland before eventually heading to the Dallas Cowboys. Cooper has seven 1,000-yard receiving seasons, with his most recent one coming in 2023 with the Cleveland Browns. He spent last year with Cleveland and Buffalo, combining for a 44-547-4 line in 14 games (10 starts). Cooper didn't pan out in Buffalo but will give Vegas some experienced receiver depth after Jakobi Meyers just requested a trade on Monday.--Keith Hernandez
