4 years agoWashington Football Team quarterback Alex Smith (calf) wasn't able to do much of anything in practice on Friday, which isn't a great sign for his availability in Week 15 against the Seahawks. Smith's final designation has yet to be announced, but he might be lucky to receive a questionable tag at this point after missing practice on Wednesday and Thursday. The 36-year-old could play against Seattle without practicing at all this week, but fantasy managers obviously wouldn't feel too comfortable using him, even as a low-end QB2 in superflex leagues. Seattle's defense proved earlier this year that they can be a great matchup, but they have improved in recent weeks and Smith is a much too risky start in most leagues. If he cannot go, Dwayne Haskins will get the nod for Washington.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
