Should I Start Pat Freiermuth For Fantasy Football?
Freiermuth is the TE11 for the year, averaging 7.5 half-point PPR fantasy points per game. The veteran tight end has had nine receptions on 10 targets for 116 receiving yards, two touchdowns, and 28.1 fantasy points over the past two weeks, totaling 12.3 or more in both contests.

Unfortunately, Freiermuth faces the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday. They’ve held tight ends to eight fantasy points per game, the eighth-fewest in the NFL. However, Freiermuth is a mid-range TE1 despite the poor matchup with George Pickens missing his second consecutive game with a hamstring injury.
Should I Start Hunter Henry For Fantasy Football?
Henry has had a solid season despite playing with multiple quarterbacks. The veteran is the TE12, averaging 7.4 half-point PPR fantasy points per game. He has scored double-digit fantasy points in 30.8% of the games, including last week, despite having only one receiving touchdown in 2024.

The New England Patriots face the Arizona Cardinals in Week 15. The Cardinals have held tight ends to 7.9 fantasy points per game, the sixth-fewest in the NFL. Henry is a low-end TE1 with limited upside this week because of the matchup.
Should I Start Stone Smartt For Fantasy Football?
Smartt will start for the Los Angeles Chargers this week with Hayden Hurst (hip) and Will Dissly (shoulder) out of the lineup. Last week, the young tight end had three receptions for 54 receiving yards and 6.9 half-point PPR fantasy points against the Kansas City Chiefs, making a few impressive catches.

More importantly, Smartt has an excellent matchup in Week 15. He faces a Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense that has surrendered 12.2 fantasy points per game to tight ends, the sixth-most in the NFL. They have given up double-digit fantasy points to tight ends in nine of their past 10 contests.
