NFL DFS Lineup Picks for FanDuel, DraftKings - Steelers vs. Chargers Sunday Night Showdown

Justin Herbert

Koby's top NFL DFS lineup picks for DraftKings, FanDuel -- Steelers vs. Chargers SNF slate for Week 10 Sunday Night Football (Nov. 9, 2025). His NFL daily fantasy sleeper picks.

Welcome back, RotoBallers! We have a loaded Sunday slate of football on deck for us today, and to cap the night off, as always, we have SNF. Last week was a bit of a blowout with the Seahawks easily taking care of the Commanders. I'm expecting this game to be much closer, with the Chargers being -2.5 point home favorites.

We get a great matchup for us on Sunday Night Football this week! The Pittsburgh Steelers (5-3) travel to Los Angeles to take on the Chargers (6-3). Both teams are coming off wins last week; the Steelers knocked off the Colts in a big AFC battle, and the Chargers squeaked out a win against the lowly Titans. Both teams will look to expand on their wins in this SNF matchup.

I will provide you with daily fantasy football picks on DraftKings and FanDuel for Sunday Night Football in Week 10 -- Steelers vs. Chargers on November 9, 2025. These NFL DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks.

MVP/Captain - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Justin Herbert - QB, $15.9K (DK), $20.7K (FD)

Justin Herbert is going to have to throw the ball a lot in this one. The Chargers are down to one RB in the offense in Kimani Vidal. Which makes Vidal look like a solid play as well, but if they can't get the run game going, they will likely have Herbert throwing a ton. They will probably pull someone up from the practice squad to back up Vidal, but I don't see that stopping them from passing the ball.

Herbert has been relied on to use his legs across the last few weeks as well, and he has done well with 22 rushing attempts, going for 150 yards. He is essentially the backup running back going into this one. The Steelers have given up the fifth-most fantasy points and fourth-most passing yards to opposing QBs. As long as Herbert can keep the turnovers under control, then he could be in for his fourth straight 25+ fantasy scoring night.

Jaylen Warren - RB, $13.5K (DK), $12.6K (FD)

Jaylen Warren could find himself in a good spot here against the Chargers. They have struggled to stop RBs from scoring this season, giving up the sixth-most rushing TDs to RBs this season. The run defense has been progressively worse throughout the season. In the last four weeks, they have given up the sixth most fantasy points to RBs. Warren is great, specifically in the red zone, where he sees an 84% red zone rush share.

Warren is a great option to have as Captain, as he is so much cheaper. Allowing you to afford better guys to build around him. Warren has the best odds of anyone to score a touchdown in this game, averaging 13 fantasy points a game. He has even been used quite a bit in the receiving game as well. Warren has finished with double-digit fantasy points in all but two games this season.

Other Captains/MVPs: Aaron Rodgers, Kimani Vidal

Flex Plays - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Quentin Johnston - WR, $7.6K (DK), $9.2K (FD)

Quentin Johnston returned from a one-week absence and made an immediate impact in the offense, scoring a touchdown and going for 53 yards on four catches. Ladd McConkey went from a great value to expensive in a couple of weeks. For now, I'm gonna go to Johnston, who has seen the largest impact in the red zone this season. He has a 26.5% red zone target share, and the Chargers do throw the ball slightly more in the red zone this season.

Johnston was huge early in the season, but has slowed down a bit. He has scored double-digit fantasy points in all but one game this season. The Steelers make for a great matchup for WRs, as they give up the most fantasy points per game to them this season. They have allowed 72 receptions to WRs; the next closest has allowed 58. I think Johnston makes the most sense for your DFS lineups, as he is still affordable and is still producing a solid floor.

Chris Boswell - K, $5K (DK), $7K (FD)

Chris Boswell has been elite for fantasy users this season. He has scored double-digit fantasy points in five of his eight games this season. That's pretty good for a kicker. He is going up against a defense that has been the fourth-best in the red zone, only allowing a TE on 48% of red zone attempts. That being said, we could see a lot of field goals from Boswell for the third week in a row.

Boswell has been perfect on extra points this season and has hit 16 of his 18 field goals. His longest this season is from 60, which he hit in Week 1 against the Jets. The leg is there for Boswell, and he should get plenty of opportunities to hit a few in this one.

Other Flex Options: Keenan Allen, DK Metcalf

Value Plays - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Oronde Gadsden II - TE, $7K (DK), $7.8K (FD)

Oronde Gadsden II is on the high end of value, but the dude has been crushing it in recent weeks. He has become a prime target for Herbert and has 68+ receiving yards in four straight weeks. The Steelers make for an elite matchup, too. They have given up the third most fantasy points to opposing TEs this season. He is already seeing a high red zone target share as well, with two touchdowns on the season, and he has a 21.9%.

In the last four weeks, Gadsden has been targeted 27 times and is really climbing up the ranks in this offense. As long as Gadsden is the cheapest receiving threat in this offense, I'll continue to roster him for the potential alone.

Pat Freiermuth - TE, $3.4K (DK), $5.4K (FD)

I've done quite a bit of these articles involving the Steelers, and I think all of them have had a TE in them. They have three in this offense, and they all contribute. Picking the right one can be critical in getting the best value. I go with Freiermuth mainly because he sees a little more involvement in the red zone this season compared to the other two TEs. Jonnu Smith would be the other pivot, but I'm fine with leaving Darnell Washington off my lineups.

Freiermuth sees a 14.7% red zone snap share, and in the last three weeks, he has seen 14 targets for 151 yards on 11 catches. I think Rodgers is starting to get his favorites, as Freiermuth has seen more targets in the last three weeks than he saw in the previous four weeks. The Chargers' defense has been tough against TEs, but with the lack of talent in the receiving department, Rodgers should look for his TEs to help him out a bit.

Other Value Options: Cameron Dicker, Jaret Patterson(If elevated from practice squad), Jonnu Smith

Sample NFL DFS Lineup

Here is a lineup option I like for Sunday morning's slate on FanDuel. Note that sample lineups are not intended to be used in contests by readers, but instead to show the type of roster construction that I am considering when building my lineups.
