NFL DFS Lineup Picks for FanDuel, DraftKings - Rams vs. Bears Sunday Night Showdown

Caleb Williams - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Koby's top NFL DFS lineup picks for DraftKings, FanDuel -- Rams vs. Bears showdown slate for Divisional Round Sunday Night Football (Jan. 18, 2026). His NFL daily fantasy sleeper picks.

Welcome back, RotoBallers! What a thrilling first week of the NFL playoffs we had, with multiple games that involved comebacks, including the Bears, who play in tonight's matchup. The Rams had a close call against the Panthers as well. Hopefully, throughout the Divisional Round of the playoffs, we can continue to get some banger matchups.

For tonight's game, it is going to be a cold one. The projected high in Chicago is going to be about 20 degrees with a wind chill that could make it feel like single digits. The L.A. Rams (13-5) travel to Chicago as 3.5-point favorites to take on the Bears (12-6). Both teams are coming off great performances, especially the Bears in the fourth quarter. Let's see if the Bears can keep the momentum going, or will the Rams stifle them?

In this article, I will share my Divisional Weekend SNF daily fantasy football lineup picks for the Rams vs. Bears on January 18, 2026. These lineups can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on DraftKings and FanDuel. MVP/Captain - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Puka Nacua - WR, LAR ($18K DK/$20.1K FD)

I know, this is a basic pick, but for cash games, Puka is a must-have. He has been too good to finish the season, and that momentum will carry over into this game. It is for good reason that Nacua is $20K on FD; he has scored 20+ fantasy points in five of his last six while averaging just under 13 targets a game! He has ripped off seven touchdowns in that time as well. Davante Adams has been the red-zone guy this season, but since his injury, it's been Nacua finding himself with all the targets.

On the season, Nacua has a 18% red-zone target share, but that has grown so much across the back half of the season. The Bears are giving up the second-most fantasy points to opposing WRs this season, and only the Cowboys were ahead of them. We all know how good a matchup the Cowboys were this season. Nacua should find himself lined up against Nahshon Wright, who is giving up .31 fantasy points per route run, as well as against Kyler Gordon in the slot, who is giving up .37 FPPR.

Nacua is not only in one of the best matchups of this game, but it's likely the best matchup on the entire weekend of games.

Caleb Williams - QB, CHI ($15K DK/$17.7K FD)

Caleb Williams has really excelled toward the end of the season. He has 17+ fantasy points in five straight games and will find himself in a relatively good matchup here against a Rams defense that let up 31 points to the Panthers. Bryce Young had a decent game, which makes me think Williams could be in line for a solid one as well. The key for Williams is protecting the ball and avoiding careless turnovers.

He has six turnovers in his last five games, including three against the Packers last week. Even with that, he finished with 27 fantasy points. If the Bears have a slow start like they have multiple times this season, they will need Williams to be throwing the ball as much as possible late in this game. This shows why Williams has two TDs in his last five games; expect them to trust Williams to throw the ball often in this one.

Other Captains: Matthew Stafford, Davante Adams

Flex Plays - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

D'Andre Swift - RB, CHI ($8K DK/$9.6K FD)

D'Andre Swift has had quite the up-and-down season and has lacked quite a bit of consistency, to say the least. He is still the lead back for the Bears, and the last few weeks have shown that Swift has the lead over Kyle Monangai. I'm only going this route in the GPPs because I do believe that Williams, paired with a couple of receivers, is going to be the more cash route.

This L.A. Rams run defense has slowly fallen apart throughout the season. In the last four weeks of the regular season, they gave up the fourth-most fantasy points to opposing RBs. The Panthers rushers had their way with them, especially in the red zone, giving up three rushing touchdowns. Swift has finished with 15+ in four of his last seven games, and I wouldn't be surprised to see him finish with two rushing touchdowns here, giving him another high-scoring performance.

Colston Loveland - TE, CHI ($7.6K DK/$8.8K FD)

Keeping it here with another Bears offensive threat. Colston Loveland has been on an absolute tear across the league. In his last three weeks, he has gone nuclear. He has combined for 38 targets, 24 receptions for 322 yards, and two touchdowns. When I'm starting my lineups, two of my immediate lock-ins are going to be Williams and Loveland.

Loveland has risen to the top when it comes to targets in the red zone this season for the Bears. He leads the team at 25.8%. Williams has started to get a connection with him, so I do expect him to load him up with targets once again, even with the Bears getting their WR corps healthy. If it isn't broke, don't fix it, right?

Other Flex Options: DJ Moore, Kyren Williams

Value Plays - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Colby Parkinson - TE, LAR ($3.6K DK/$5.4K FD)

Colby Parkinson is likely the chalk pick for value. With that being said, if you are looking to get something different, take a shot on Tyler Higbee or Terrance Ferguson, who both have shown to be useful. Especially Ferguson, who saw a big uptick at the end of the regular season before getting injured. For cash games, though, I'm gonna stick with Parkinson, who has been consistent, especially in the red zone.

He has the second-highest red-zone target% this season for the Rams at 22.6%. He has nine touchdowns in the last 10 games. His downside is the lack of targets elsewhere on the field. What he makes up for in lack of targets, he gains in touchdowns. For him to be still this cheap, though, it's pretty much a gimme to take him in cash games.

Cairo Santos - K, CHI ($4.8K DK/$6.2K FD)

Finishing the day off with a kicker. Cairo Santos has been solid for the Bears this season. He has had an 83.3% success rate on field goals with a season-long of 54. He was also perfect on the season in XP attempts.

The Rams have been tough in the red zone this season, as they have the fourth-lowest red-zone success rate involving TDs at only 50%. The Bears had to start last week's game off with three field goals before they got the touchdowns going.

The value options are pretty limited on this slate, so if you are going to stack Rams guys, I love running Santos on the opposite side. It's possible we could see him attempt a few if the Rams defense comes up clutch on its side of the field.

Other Value Options: Luther Burden III, Blake Corum, Terrance Ferguson

Sample NFL DFS Lineup

Here is a lineup option I like for Sunday night's slate on FanDuel. Note that sample lineups are not intended to be used in contests by readers, but instead to show the type of roster construction that I am considering when building my lineups.
