NFL DFS Lineup Picks for FanDuel, DraftKings - Falcons vs. 49ers Sunday Night Showdown

Drake London - NFL, Fantasy football rankings, waiver wire, dfs

Koby's top NFL DFS lineup picks for DraftKings, FanDuel -- Falcons vs. 49ers SNF slate for Week 7 Sunday Night Football (Oct. 19, 2025). His NFL daily fantasy sleeper picks.

Welcome back, RotoBallers! Last Sunday, we didn't have a great day as the Chiefs did a number on the Lions, but alas, we can't win them all.  We have another terrific day of football ahead of us, hopefully the international game went well for y'all, and we got some early cash in.

We get another solid matchup for us on Sunday Night Football this week! The Atlanta Falcons (3-2) are coming off a huge win over the Buffalo Bills and now travel across the country to the Bay Area to take on the San Francisco 49ers (4-2). The 49ers came up short last week against the Buccaneers and look to bounce back as they get a key player, George Kittle, back in the lineup tonight.

I will provide you with daily fantasy football picks on DraftKings and FanDuel for Sunday Night Football in Week 7 -- Falcons vs. 49ers on October 19, 2025. These NFL DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks.

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

MVP/Captain - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Drake London - WR, $15.3K (DK), $18K (FD)

Drake London is coming off his best performance of the year against a solid Bills team. He caught 10 of his 16 targets for 158 yards and a touchdown, with what could have been two touchdowns had he not stepped out of bounds at the 1-yard line. The 49ers' defense has struggled against elite WR1s this season, giving up big games to the likes of Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Puka Nacua.

Michael Penix Jr. and London have started to find their connection. In the last two weeks, he has combined for 18 receptions for 268 yards and two touchdowns. On the season, he has a near 33% reception share, and with Darnell Mooney coming off an injury, he may still be limited. Bijan Robinson is the easy answer for your MVP positions, so why not save a little money and get someone different and have London at the MVP spot instead?

Mac Jones - QB, $14.4K (DK), $16.5K (FD)

I really thought about going with Christian McCaffrey here, but that Falcons run defense has been stout this season. They have only given up more than 75 yards rushing once this season. The big thing with CMC, though, is his presence in the receiving game as well. They haven't faced a running back who poses a threat in the passing game this season, so I'm not saying CMC is a bad play by any means, but I do have my reservations.

This Falcons team has been inconsistent this season, but their defense has been solid. They will need to get the passing game going early and often to stay competitive in this one. Mac Jones has been nothing but fantastic since moving into the starting role for the 49ers. He has 275+ passing yards in all four starts this season and has thrown the ball nearly 40 times in all of them as well. He's done it too with an injured wide receiving core.

If Mac Jones can get this team into the end zone, I'll gladly take him at MVP at a slight discount compared to the likes of CMC.

Other Captains/MVPs: Christian McCaffrey, Bijan Robinson

Flex Plays - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Kendrick Bourne - WR, $8.2K (DK), $8.8K (FD)

Even with Jauan Jennings back in the lineup, Jones has found his target right now. Between the last two games, Bourne has been targeted 20 times, catching 15 of those for 284 yards! Bourne is still moderately priced at 8.8k on FanDuel, and if he continues to see that target share, his ceiling is incredibly high.

Bourne should see plenty of work against Mike Hughes, whom he should line up against most of the game. It’s a good matchup for us, as Hughes has given up .31 fantasy points per route run this season. George Kittle being back hurts us a bit, but I think Jones has found a connection with Bourne, so I’ll continue to ride that out.

George Kittle - TE, $7.4K (DK), $7.8K (FD)

Speaking of George Kittle, after having a torn hamstring, he has worked his way back into the starting lineup already! He should slot right back into an offense that has already shown to be very pass-heavy, with nearly 40 attempts a game from Jones. In Week 1, before he tore his hamstring, Kittle had four receptions for 25 yards and a touchdown in his first week.

It will be a little tough to determine what his snap% will be in his first week back, but at his price, he is definitely worth a shot in a few GPPs. We have seen how much of a ball hawk he can be in the red zone. Last season, he led the team in red zone target share at 28% throughout his 15 games played. Expect Kyle Shanahan and company to get him involved as much as they can without reinjuring Kittle.

Other Flex Options: Michael Penix Jr., Eddy Pineiro

Value Plays - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Kyle Pitts Sr.- TE, $5.8K (DK), $5.8K (FD)

Kyle Pitts Sr. is going to hit eventually, and I want to be there when he finally does. He is still extremely cheap, and we have all seen the potential of Pitts. He just hasn't been getting as many targets as we all wish he would get. That being said, with him being as cheap as he is, we don't need much from him. At sub 6K on both sites, if he gets anything about 12 fantasy points, that could be a big win for us.

Pitts has a 17.4% reception share this season and is second in average targets on the team. The 49ers have been a relatively good matchup for opposing TEs. In four of six games this season, the TE1 has finished with at least five receptions and 40+ receiving yards. If we can get that with a touchdown, that would be huge for us at his price.

Tyler Allgeier- RB, $5.2K (DK), $5K (FD)

I don't know how the Falcons do it, but they have a two-headed monster at running back. Allgeier is a very serviceable backup. He is averaging just over 10 carries a game this season and has managed to get three rushing TDs this season, too. Allgeier has managed a double-digit fantasy score in three of five weeks this season. At only 5k on FanDuel, we are getting a steal in potential value.

In the Redzone this season, the Falcons have elected to run nearly 60% of the time. Allgeier has even taken more rushing attempts in the red zone than Robinson this season.

Other Value Options: Jauan Jennings, Atlanta Falcons D/ST, Parker Romo

Sample NFL DFS Lineup

Here is a lineup option I like for Sunday morning's slate on FanDuel. Note that sample lineups are not intended to be used in contests by readers, but instead to show the type of roster construction that I am considering when building my lineups.
