NFL DFS Lineup Picks for FanDuel, DraftKings - Rams vs. Seahawks Sunday Night Showdown

Matthew Stafford - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Injury News, DFS Lineup Picks

Koby's top NFL DFS lineup picks for DraftKings, FanDuel -- Rams vs. Seahawks showdown slate for Conference Round Sunday Night Football (Jan. 25, 2026). His NFL daily fantasy sleeper picks.

Welcome back, RotoBallers! This is the second game for our Conference Championship! You can see my picks for the AFC Conference Championship here. We get a conclusion to an epic trilogy for our NFC Conference Championship, so let's dig into this slate and get started!

To cap off the night, we have a great battle between the NFC West's top teams. Both teams won a matchup in the regular season, making this the rubber match to decide who goes to the Super Bowl! This game is pretty much a pick'em as the Seattle Seahawks (15-3) are 2.5-point favorites as they host their divisional rival, the Los Angeles Rams (14-5).

In this article, I will share my Conference Weekend SNF daily fantasy football lineup picks for the Rams vs. Seahawks on January 25, 2026. These lineups can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on DraftKings and FanDuel. MVP/Captain - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Kenneth Walker III - RB, SEA ($14.4K DK/$14.7K FD)

This battle between NFC West rivals is going to be a banger, I just know it. Kenneth Walker III had an explosive game that had him scoring three touchdowns and 119 rushing yards in their utter domination over the San Francisco 49ers. Unfortunately for the Seahawks, they lost Zach Charbonnet to an unfortunate knee injury.

Walker is getting a higher percentage of snaps as he played in 62%, which is the second-highest this season for him. Charbonnet has been a hawk in the red zone this season, and without him, it should allow Walker to see the majority of carries. The last time Charbonnet was out, he scored two TDs.

This is a great spot for Walker, who had success in the last matchup against the Rams as well. He finished with just over 100 yards and a touchdown in their previous matchup; he should get plenty of opportunities here to match or exceed those numbers.

Matthew Stafford - QB, LAR ($15.6K DK/$17.4K FD)

Matthew Stafford and company squeaked by the Bears last week, but will need perfection here against the Seahawks. He has seen them twice this season and had one of his best games of the season the last time they faced each other, but came up short. He threw for 457 yards and three touchdowns in that game, which was massive.

He was without a weapon in Davante Adams, who will be healthy and available for this game. I have a feeling this could be a shootout like it was in their last meeting. Both offenses have been great this year, and I do expect the Rams to have more success in the air rather than on the ground. Expect Stafford to throw early and often on their way to take down the dominant Seahawks.

Other Captains: Puka Nacua, Jaxon Smith-Njigba

Flex Plays - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Cooper Kupp - WR, SEA ($4.4K DK/$7.2K FD)

I think these playoff teams are smart, doing their best to take JSN out of the game, but in the end, that does leave Cooper Kupp open. This is what happened last week, as JSN caught three of his four targets, one of which was for a touchdown. Kupp was able to bring in all five of his targets for 60 yards.

Kupp should see himself lined up against Quentin Lake, who is giving up .23 fantasy points per route run to guys in the slot this season, which is where Kupp has played the majority of his snaps. The better play is taking JSN, but I love taking Kupp for the value. Kupp is up to a 20.6% red-zone target share, which is good for third on the team.

Davante Adams - WR, LAR ($9K DK/$8.8K FD)

Looking at the other side of the game, we have Adams. He hasn't quite had the elite level of play we saw during the regular season so far in the playoffs, but I think this is a good spot for that to come out. Adams has been a menace in the red zone this season, sporting an impressive 32.6% red-zone target share.

Adams has been targeted a combined 19 times in the playoffs so far, and with a game that could be a shootout, he could see upward of 10+ targets in this one. He has the better matchup between him and Puka Nacua; he should be lining up against Josh Jobe for most of the game, who is giving up .26 fantasy points per route run this season.

Adams is in a good spot and is much more affordable on this very pricy slate.

Other Flex Options: Blake Corum, Sam Darnold

Value Plays - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Terrance Ferguson - TE, LAR ($1.8K DK/$4K FD)

For those of you on FD, this one is more for you. On DraftKings, Colby Parkinson is still dirt cheap and should be considered for this spot over Terrance Ferguson. Ferguson was only able to reel in one catch in last week's win over the Bears, but the encouraging part of it all was that he was targeted five times.

Ferguson was able to beat out both Tyler Higbee and Davis Allen in snaps played last week. I do expect Parkinson to continue dominating the TE room, but Ferguson could be a smash play if he finds himself in the end zone.

Harrison Mevis - K, LAR ($5K DK/$6.2K FD)

The Seahawks don't have much for value plays, so I'm going to keep it here with the Rams. Harrison Mevis is having a solid rookie season. He is hitting 92.3% of his field goals this season and is 100% on his extra points. His one miss this season happened to come against this very same Seahawks team.

Seattle has been very good at stopping teams in the red zone this season, allowing the fourth-fewest TDs to opposing teams in the red zone this season. San Francisco was only able to get two field goals up last week. I think the Rams will have a bit more success, but I do think that Mevis is going to get a few opportunities. If he can score double digits again, this could be solid value.

Other Value Options: AJ Barner, Konata Mumpfield

Sample NFL DFS Lineup

Here is a lineup option I like for Sunday night's slate on FanDuel. Note that sample lineups are not intended to be used in contests by readers, but instead to show the type of roster construction that I am considering when building my lineups.
