Minnesota has shown a bit of life and will need to carry their momentum into this game to keep their championship hopes alive. The lineup construction is a little bit different than your typical DFS slate as these include a 1.5x multiplier Captain's spot on DK that carries elevated salaries for each player, and MVP (2x), STAR (1.5x), and PRO (1.2x) spots on FanDuel, where player's salaries are the same regardless of roster spot.
The key to being successful in NBA DFS comes down to making adjustments during the day as injury information becomes available. But it's always really important to have a game plan and to have the best players and spots circled first before making those adjustments. Today's NBA DFS Core Picks (Captain/MVP/STAR)
Luka Doncic will be the top play on the slate but rostering him makes it extremely difficult to put together a viable lineup. He has had 60+ FP in all four games this series, which makes him extremely intriguing. He will be highly owned, so in cash games, I would recommend rostering him, but in GPPs, I don't mind getting different and building a more balanced lineup.
Anthony Edwards has played 40+ minutes in seven of the last 9 games and has been the clear number-one option from the Minnesota side. However, getting both him and Luka will prove to be difficult on FD so if you do fade Luka then starting your lineups with Anthony Edwards is a must.
Karl-Anthony Towns can be a solid spot to get different at or use as a STAR option on FD. He is due for a big night in the playoffs and as long as he can keep the fouls down then KAT could be a sneaky spot to have a big night.

- Luka Doncic, DAL at MIN – PG ($21K DK; $17.5K FD)
- Anthony Edwards, MIN vs. DAL – SG/SF ($17.7K DK; $16K FD)
- Karl-Anthony Towns, MIN vs. DAL – PF/C ($13.5K DK; $12.5K FD)

Today's NBA DFS Value Picks (Utility/PRO)
Much of the value depends on whether or not a couple of guys play tonight. Dereck Lively is questionable once again which could lead to Daniel Gafford and Maxi Kleber(min-price on FD) getting more minutes. The other big questionable mark is Mike Conley, he is questionable with a Calf/Achilles injury. He was out on May 14th with a similar injury which led Nickeil Alexander-Walker to his best night of the playoffs. If Mike Conley is out then lock NAW into your lineups immediately.
Lastly, Kyle Anderson has seen his role increase during this series where he has ranged from 16-21 minutes a game and is averaging about a PPM. If Mike Conley is out he could see his minutes increase even more. Either way, Kyle is a solid value play on both sites to consider.

Also consider: Maxi Kleber, DAL at MIN - PF ($2.2K DK; $6K FD)
Today's Top NBA DFS Avoids
It's hard to avoid anyone on the slate, a lot of it comes down to how you build your lineups. If you are going for a more balanced lineup then I would recommend avoiding Luka as he eats up too much salary. If Lively doesn't play, avoid Dwight Powell.
