FanDuel NFL DFS Week 16 Picks: Top Daily Fantasy Lineup Plays Include Baker Mayfield, Derrick Henry, Mike Evans, Amon-Ra St. Brown, More

Mike Evans - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

Dennis Clausen's top FanDuel NFL DFS Week 16 picks and DFS value plays (2023). His top FanDuel daily fantasy football sleepers and NFL DFS lineups advice.

Week 16 began with a Thursday night meeting between the Saints and Rams. Ultimately, Los Angeles picked up the victory, thanks mainly to impressive performances from Kyren Williams, Puka Nacua, and Demarcus Robinson. With the win, the Rams remained in the Wild Card conversation, while the Saints need to finish the year strong to have a chance at earning a playoff spot.

At any rate, the National Football League will feature two games on Saturday and three on Monday, meaning Sunday's slate will be lighter than usual. At this point in the season, injuries can determine who wins or loses in season-long leagues. But from a DFS standpoint, injuries can open the door wider for value opportunities, especially for Week 16, considering many of the league's top producers have already been ruled out entering Sunday's slate. That list could grow in the next day or two.

In this article, I will be providing you with my Week 16 daily fantasy football lineup picks for FanDuel. These lineups can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on FanDuel. Be sure to also check out our weekly DraftKings DFS lineup picks and lots of other great NFL DFS articles and NFL DFS tools to help you win big!

FanDuel Quarterbacks - Week 16 DFS Lineup Picks

Baker Mayfield - vs. JAC ($7,300)

Believe it or not, Mayfield has had the best season of his career. He's already tossed 24 touchdowns, three away from the career-high he had as a rookie. Even better, the 2018 No. 1 overall pick has just eight picks, which is impressive considering his history.

Mayfield is coming off a monster performance, amassing 381 yards and four touchdowns in the Week 15 win over the Green Bay Packers. Although it will be tough for him to duplicate those numbers, the Bucs' offense has a favorable matchup versus a Jaguars' defense that's allowed an average of 29.3 points in the last three games, the fourth-worst mark in the National Football League.

Nick Mullens - vs. DET ($7,000)

Minnesota has had more than a few quarterbacks under center after Kirk Cousins went down with a torn Achilles. However, it's not unreasonable to believe the Vikings have the best shot at earning a postseason berth with Mullens at the helm. Outside of two interceptions, the signal-caller played well in the Week 15 loss to Cincinnati, throwing for 303 yards and two touchdowns while completing 78.8% of his attempts.

But with an unsuccessful start in the rearview mirror, Mullens will look to get Minnesota on track versus the Lions in Week 16. Fortunately for the Vikings, Detroit has struggled against opposing quarterbacks this season, at least from a fantasy perspective, meaning Mullins could be in line for another big day.

Also Consider: Justin Fields ($8,300)

FanDuel Running Backs - Week 16 DFS Lineup Picks

Derrick Henry - vs. SEA ($7,900)

Henry couldn't have played much worse versus the Titans in Week 15. He logged 16 carries. However, he accumulated only nine yards to show for it. At the same time, the veteran didn't get anything going as a pass-catcher, capturing four passes for a yard.

Unfortunately, the Titans have been eliminated from postseason contention. Yet, Henry is looking for big money come the offseason, so he should remain motivated to produce against a Seahawks defense that's struggled to slow down the run all year.

Rachaad White - vs. JAC ($7,700)

Although White had a decent start to the 2023-24 campaign, he's really turned up the volume of late. He's logged 100 yards or more on the ground in two of his last four appearances and has found the end zone in three straight contests.

Granted, he's made some big plays as a receiver in the previous two games, which helped inflate his fantasy totals. But the 24-year-old should continue to get touches versus the Jaguars in Week 16, which is usually good for DFS purposes.

Also Consider: Bijan Robinson ($7,100), Tony Pollard ($7,000), Ty Chandler ($6,900), Aaron Jones ($6,700), Roschon Johnson ($5,400)

FanDuel Wide Receivers - Week 16 DFS Lineup Picks

Mike Evans - vs. JAC ($8,700)

Evans could be playing in his final season with the Bucs. He's been in Tampa since entering the league in 2014, earning numerous trips to the Pro Bowl while helping the club secure a Super Bowl title in 2021. That said, the 30-year-old is having a fantastic 2023-24 campaign, and there's an excellent chance he'll finish with more touchdowns than at any point in his career.

With this in mind, DFS managers should keep Evans on the radar for Week 16, even more so versus a Jaguars defense that hasn't looked great throughout the season.

Amon-Ra St. Brown - @ MIN ($8,600)

St. Brown has been a monster all year. The former Trojan has seen fewer than seven targets just once throughout the 2023-24 campaign. He also ranks in the top 10 in catches (94), yards (1,175), and touchdowns (seven).

The Lions need a victory on Sunday if the team hopes to finish as the best team in the NFC. As a result, Jared Goff and St. Brown should connect throughout the contest, something the duo has done frequently all year.

Also Consider: CeeDee Lamb ($9,400), Justin Jefferson ($9,200), Josh Downs ($6,000), Zay Jones ($5,800 - questionable), Elijah Moore ($5,500)

FanDuel Tight Ends - Week 16 DFS Lineup Picks

T.J. Hockenson - vs. DET ($6,800)

Most had assumed the loss of Kirk Cousins would mean the end of Hockenson's run as a top-tier fantasy tight end. However, that hasn't been the case. While instability at the quarterback position isn't ideal for anyone, the 26-year-old has made the best of the situation.

He recently caught six of his seven targets to total 63 yards in the overtime loss to the Bengals, so it appears Nick Mullens has him in his sights. Hockenson should continue to receive routine attention from Mullens versus his former team in Week 16, making him an ideal DFS option.

Also Consider: Sam LaPorta ($7,200), Trey McBride ($7,000), David Njoku ($6,600)
