EPL DFS Lineup Picks for FanDuel, DraftKings: Matchday 37

Martin Konstantinov's EPL DFS lineup picks on FanDuel and DraftKings for Matchday 37. The top daily fantasy soccer players and sleepers for the Premier League.

It's an intriguing five-game slate for DFS Premier League soccer this weekend on FanDuel and DraftKings. Below we bring you seven players you should consider as EPL DFS lineup picks for Matchday 37 (on May 5th, 2018).

Not all are top-tier options, as there is a range of DFS value picks, sleepers and high-risk players mixed in.

Consider all of these EPL players for your DFS lineups this weekend; however, at the end of the day, it is always your decision. Good luck, RotoBallers.

EPL DFS Forwards to Consider

Jamie Vardy - F, LEI vs WHU (DK - $8,200, FD - $9,500)

Jamie Vardy and Leicester suffered a staggering 5-0 defeat at the hands of Crystal Palace, but he makes this list two weeks in a row as Leicester will hope to rebound against West Ham this weekend and will look to Vardy to lead the front line as they do so. Vardy is a top tier option for this week at a value cost, making him a must play in GPP formats (due to high ownership levels) and a solid Tournament option as well.

Callum Wilson - F, BOU vs SWA (DK - $6,200, FD - $7,000)

Since coming back from injury, Callum Wilson has grabbed seven goals and a pair of assists; however, he has been quiet in recent weeks to go along with Bournemouth's relatively poor form. He is a bit of a gamble, but Wilson has the chance to produce this weekend against Swansea as the main attacking outlet for Bournemouth. Much more of a tournament play, Wilson should be in your lineups if you need a good secondary option to bolster your FWDs this weekend. After a poor performance last, week Wilson could rebound against Swansea, making him valuable for DFS lineups.

EPL DFS Midfielders to Consider

Dele Alli - M, TOT vs WBA (DK - $8,700, FD - $9,500)

Dele Alli has nine goals and ten assists on the season; although this represents a downtick in statistics from his previous two seasons, Alli's performances on the field have still translated well in weekly DFS formats. With a goal last week, Alli has the chance to continue his run of good form. Furthermore, Alli's cost on both sites makes him more than worthy of ownership in GPP contests as well as Tournament lineups this weekend.

Jay Rodriguez - M (F on FanDuel), WBA vs TOT (DK - $4,600, FD - $7,500)

Definitely under the radar, Rodriguez is an ideal Tournament lineup play this week despite a tough matchup against Tottenham. With ten goals on the season and a lack of attacking talent around him, Rodriguez is the most likely player to score despite having the odds stacked against him. Consider Rodriguez this weekend, as he could be the difference-maker in Tournament lineups for this slate.

EPL DFS Defenders to Consider

Daryl Janmaat - D, WAT vs NEW (DK - $4,800, FD - $5,500)

Despite a poor performance last week, Watford's defensive line could rebound against a shaky Newcastle front. This makes Janmaat as good of an option as any because of his consistent playing time and upside for crossing from the fullback position. Janmaat is certainly a mediocre option with a decent floor and low ownership levels, making him a good Tournament play with upside as well as a solid mid-tier GPP option.

Ben Chilwell - D, LEI vs WHU (DK - $5,900, FD - $5,500)

A better play on DraftKings, Chilwell is a top level option in a week that is devoid of substantial defensive talent. Leicester have a chance to keep a clean sheet, and Chilwell is as good a bet as any to get an assist given the absence of midfielder Mark Albrighton from the lineup. Give Chilwell a chance this week as he could become a solid option in both formats.

EPL DFS Goalies to Consider

Martin Dubravka - G, NEW vs WBA (DK - $4,600, FD - $4,000)

Alternatively, if you do not believe in Watford's ability to dominate Newcastle this weekend, picking Dubravka for the majority of your lineups could be a good idea, especially with his cost depreciating since last week. Newcastle's defense has been decent this season, but Dubravka will likely have to come up with several saves in order to keep a clean sheet, making him an upside play with significant risk. However, picking the Newcastle goalkeeper could pay off this weekend, as you will save money at the position and could still benefit from his matchup.

Good luck this weekend!
