Vince's FanDuel EPL DFS lineup picks for English Premier League soccer on 2/20/21. His top daily fantasy soccer forwards, midfielders, defenders, goalkeepers.

Welcome back, RotoBallers! I was unable to write for this week's Champions League slates, however, I am back with a full breakdown of Saturday's EPL action. We have another solid three-game slate on Saturday after Friday's game. I have another full breakdown for you all. Keep reading this breakdown for my DFS soccer picks on RotoBaller and see how to have success on Saturday's slate.

The very large majority of my DFS content will be EPL-related, however, there is more soccer than just what is being played in England. EPL DFS Lineup Picks - Overview

Burnley vs West Brom

Burnley (+105) are in a decent run of form right now in the league with two draws and a win in their last three games. They have an excellent shot at another good result this weekend as they host a West Brom team that have been poor all season. They have just five (out of a possible 24) points in the league in 2021 and are destined for relegation come May. Burnley should be able to find the net at least once in this game and keep West Brom scoreless at home. There are several Burnley plays worth looking at here, and they will not come with much ownership either. The goal total over/under is 2.5.

Liverpool vs Everton

Leicester handed Liverpool (-220) their third consecutive EPL loss last weekend, however, they were able to bounce back with an important 2-0 win over Leipzig in UCL action on Tuesday. Everton are not in very good form right now with losses to Fulham, Manchester City, and Newcastle within the last three weeks, but they will not make it easy on their cross-town rivals in this match. Liverpool have the advantage at home and fresh off a big win during the week. The goal total over/under is 3.0.

Fulham vs Sheffield United

Saturday ends with a battle between two teams currently in the relegation zone. Fulham (+115) sit in 18th place; six points behind Newcastle outside of the relegation zone. Meanwhile, Sheffield remain in last place where they have spent the large majority of the season. This matchup is not going to be pretty with two of the bottom five scoring teams facing off. The goal total over/under is 2.0, and there are not going to be many recommended plays from this late game.

FanDuel DFS Forwards / Midfielders

While Liverpool has a whole might not be in very good form, Mo Salah ($23) is with four goals in his last four EPL games. He also scored against Leipzig on Tuesday making it five in five. Salah is the most likely anytime scorer on the slate at -180, and he has a plus matchup at home against an Everton defense that is allowing 2.5 goals per game over their last six games in all competitions. He will be a good - albeit chalky - option on Saturday.

Liverpool's defense has not been nearly as good as last year which is understandable given the injuries they have dealt with this season. Everton will come out ready to prove their 2-2 draw against Liverpool back in the fall was not a fluke. Everton have also shown the ability to score away from home this season. Therefore, Dominic Calvert-Lewin ($18) - who should be healthy for this game - is a nice (and affordable) way to add another possible scorer to a game stack here. He scored in the two games prior to his minor injury and is +200 to score in this game which are good odds considering he's playing away at Liverpool.

I mentioned above how terrible West Brom's defense has been this year. They are allowing the most goals in the league (13 more than any other team). This week, it's Burnley attackers who will be licking their chops ahead of this great matchup. It is Chris Wood ($13) who leads the squad in goals with four (woof), but he is a major doubt for this game meaning Ashley Barnes ($17) is the Burnley scorer to target here. He has +160 anytime scoring odds and just about the greatest matchup you could ask for. Jay Rodriguez ($17) will get you some Burnley exposure at lower ownership than Barnes, but he is also riskier. Ashley Westwood ($10) is an elite value play for his fantasy value in this kind of matchup.

FanDuel DFS Defenders

For the first time in a while, I like some Trent Alexander-Arnold ($15). He now has three 20+ point finishes in his last five games including two straight. It's well-known at this point that TAA has higher-scoring fantasy games when Liverpool is at home. He has a solid matchup against Everton in this game as there should be plenty of peripherals for him and he is showing some more attacking upside recently. Still, he remains a risky pay-up option as both his floor and ceiling are lower than in past seasons, and you no longer get a price discount.

Sticking in this game, opposing defenders often score well fantasy-wise against Liverpool with all of the defensive action they force. Ben Godfrey ($8) makes for a superb value play in this matchup with Mason Holgate ($12) the best dollar-for-dollar play in their backline.

Semi Ajayi ($11) has been consistently producing 13 or 14 point games, and he has a nice matchup against Burnley to continue his good run. You can get him at some pretty low ownership too.

FanDuel DFS Goalkeepers

Nick Pope ($12) hits a lot of the points you want from a good GK play in this matchup. He's playing at home on a team that is favored against a low-scoring team. His defense has been strong at home only allowing 1.17 goals per game, but it's really West Brom's incompetent attack that I am targetting. They are only scoring 0.92 goals per game on the road this season. Pope has a really strong shot at both bonuses and will easily score 20+ points with a few saves.

Alphonse Areola ($11) is a nice option as well. Fulham's defense has been decent lately as well, and now they're favored at home against a Sheffield team that has just six away goals in 12 games.

If you're fading Everton attackers, Alisson ($14) is a viable play. He does have a high ceiling with a good number of shots potentially heading his way. He'll put up a very strong score if Liverpool wins the game to nil.
