Koby's DraftKings NFL DFS Week 16 picks, value plays, DFS sleepers for the Saturday slate (2025). His top DK plays and value picks for daily fantasy football lineups.
Welcome Back, RotoBallers! We are back with a rare two-game Saturday Slate if you didn't get enough football with the College Football Playoff on deck. We have a couple of NFC divisional matchups that could have big playoff implications.
In our first game of the day, we have the Philadelphia Eagles (9-5) travel to Washington, D.C. as touchdown favorites to take on the Commanders (4-10). With a win, the Eagles can clinch the NFC East. In our second game, the Green Bay Packers (9-4-1) travel to Chicago, where they are at pretty much even odds to take on the Bears (10-4), with the NFC North title on the line.
Be sure to jump into our RotoBaller Discord! We have so many different channels devoted to whatever you're playing in fantasy football. DraftKings Quarterbacks - Week 16 DFS Picks
Jalen Hurts, PHI at WAS ($6,900)
With it being a smaller slate, I will stick with one QB play here. I think the top option here is clearly Jalen Hurts; the Eagles are looking to clinch the division here against the Commanders and can do so with a win. Hurts is averaging 20+ fantasy points per game this season and will look to do so again.

Hurts is getting the best matchup on the slate; the Commanders have given up the fifth most fantasy points to QBs this season. Although they have been able to stop the QB from rushing the ball a lot. I do expect Hurts to have his way with the defense. He made quick work of the Raiders last week with three touchdowns and only needing to throw the ball 18 times!

DraftKings Running Backs - Week 16 DFS Picks
TOP PLAY
Saquon Barkley, PHI at WAS ($7,200)
Keeping it here with the Eagles in this one. If this gets out of hand earlier, then Saquon Barkley is going to see quite a few carries. He has 20+ rushing attempts in four of his last six games. The major downside to taking Barkley, though, has been his limited touches in the red zone. RBs have had their way, though, against this Commanders-run defense.
The Commanders are Top 10 in giving up TDs to running backs this season, while also giving up the fifth most rushing yards. If the Eagles can get him involved in the passing game as well, that'll only add to his fantasy points.
VALUE PLAY
Kyle Monangai, CHI vs. GB ($4,900)
D'Andre Swift is questionable with a groin injury and could either miss this game entirely or be limited in some way or another. If that is the case, Kyle Monangai should see a sizeable role in the offense. The hard part is that the Packers have one of the best run defenses in the league. They did lose Micah Parsons and have a couple of linemen who are questionable.
This could leave the Packers a bit more vulnerable, giving Monangai an opportunity to make a splash. If Swift is out, Monangai is a must roster. In Week 9, when Swift was out, Monangai had his best game of the season with 26 fantasy points! I would scale back a bit if Swift is in, but still worth a shot in some GPPs in case he is limited.

DraftKings Wide Receivers - Week 16 DFS Picks
TOP PLAY
Terry McLaurin, WAS vs. PHI ($5,900)
There is a solid possibility that the Commanders are going to be playing from behind in this one. McLaurin has done well with Marcus Mariota this season. He has connected for 10 receptions on 18 targets for 165 yards and two touchdowns in their last two games together. McLaurin has a tough matchup, but should see his fair share of targets in this one.
Mariota to Terry for the 51-yard TD!

The most intriguing part of McLaurin is his red zone target %, in his seven games this season, he has a 36.8%. This leads the team by quite a bit. Only Deebo Samuel is averaging more targets this season, but I really like the connection between Mariota and McLaurin this season.
Jayden Reed, GB at CHI ($5,000)
The hardest part about the Packers is figuring out which guy is going to be the one to show out. Jayden Reed has made an immediate impact in his first two games back from injury. He has caught nine of his 10 targets for 86 yards so far, and with Christian Watson being questionable, he could be in line for an expanded role in the offense.
The Packers' WRs find themselves in a great spot here against a Bears secondary that has given up the seventh-most fantasy points to opposing WRs. In that time, they are giving up the third-most receiving TDs. Reed should line up against C.J. Gardner-Johnson in the slot, where he has given up .27 fantasy points per route.
Other options - A.J. Brown, DJ Moore, Christian Watson(if he plays)
DraftKings Tight Ends - Week 16 DFS Picks
TOP PLAY
Dallas Goedert, PHI at WAS ($4,100)
Dallas Goedert is well above the rest of the TEs on the slate. He is coming off a massive performance where he caught six of his seven targets for 70 yards and two touchdowns in their demolition of the Raiders. He could be in for a similar performance here against a Commanders team that gives up the fourth most fantasy points on the season to TEs.
The Commanders have given up the fourth most TDs and the fifth most receiving yards to TEs. Only A.J. Brown has a higher red zone target% this season, and it isn't by much. Goedert has a 28.2% compared to Browns 28.6%. As long as this game doesn't blow out, Goedert should have no issue being the highest scoring TE on the slate.
Colston Loveland, CHI vs. GB ($3,900)
The Packers and Commanders are struggling in the TE department and haven't made it a priority in their offense. That being said, Colston Loveland should see a massive increase in usage this week. The Bears are down both Rome Odunze and Luther Burden III. Caleb Williams has been getting him more involved in the offense.
Last week, he caught four of his five targets for 64 yards. He has four touchdowns in the previous seven games. His red zone target% is 17%, which is second-highest on the team for guys who are active this week. I would start with Goedert, but also make sure to get a little bit of Loveland in your lineups as well, as he could be in for a solid outing as well.
Other options - Luke Musgrave
