Cedric Tillman is a fantasy football waiver wire pickup option for wide receivers. Target him as a free agent add off waivers for Week 13 of the 2023 NFL season.

ANALYSIS: Cleveland Browns wide receiver Amari Cooper suffered a rib injury against the Denver Broncos in Week 12, putting his status for Sunday's game against the Rams in question.
In shallower leagues, the answer of what to do if Cooper is out is fairly easy, as Elijah Moore would be a must-add off the waiver wire. But in deeper leagues, rookie wide receiver Cedric Tillman, a third-round pick out of Tennessee, is an intriguing option.
Tillman had never had more than one reception in a game until Week 12, when he caught four of his five targets for 55 yards. He played 89% of Cleveland's offensive snaps, marking the third game in row that Tillman has been on the field for 85% or more of the team's snaps.
Whether Cooper plays or not, Tillman should see serious playing time again in Week 13. If Cooper's out, that playing time might convert into production similar to what we saw in Week 12. While that's not the most appealing position when it comes to fantasy football, Tillman would have some appeal in deep leagues where managers start three or more receivers or multiple flex positions. He's worth adding because of how often he's been on the field for Cleveland recently.
