FanDuel NFL DFS Lineup Picks for Week 11 - Daily Fantasy Football

Keenan Allen - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

Jorge Pucks highlights the top FanDuel NFL DFS lineup picks for Week 11 of the 2020 season, and some value sleepers for your daily fantasy football rosters.

Week 11 is here and things are starting to heat up as we navigate our way through the month of November. As usual, there are some big-time injuries to consider as Christian McCaffrey will miss another week with a shoulder injury which opens the door for Mike Davis to absorb all of the carries and touches in this Panthers offense.

Davante Adams was a limited participant at practice on Wednesday and missed all of practice on Thursday which leaves fantasy owners scratching their heads as to what his availability could be for Sunday's matchup against Indianapolis. Should he be out, Aaron Rodgers will have to find other options in the offense while Aaron Jones should see an uptick in targets in addition to his usual rushing volume.

In this article, I will be providing you with my Week 11 daily fantasy football lineup picks on FanDuel. These lineups can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on FanDuel. Be sure to also check out our weekly DraftKings DFS lineup picks and lots of other great NFL DFS articles and NFL DFS tools to help you win big! Feel free to give me a follow on Twitter @jorgepucks. FanDuel Quarterbacks - Week 11 Picks

Justin Herbert, QB - vs. NYJ ($8,500)

The Chargers really have found something special in their rookie quarterback Justin Herbert. Herbert has had six straight multi-touchdown performances while only falling below 20 FD points in one time out of eight total games played. During that six-game stretch, Herbert has thrown a total of 17 passing touchdowns while only throwing four total picks which shows how he has quickly adapted to the NFL game while also making the right reads and decisions.

The matchup against the Jets is fantastic for Herbert and company as they will be playing inside their new stadium so weather will not be an issue. The Jets allow the fourth-most passing yards in the league as they allow opposing quarterbacks to throw for 281 yards per game. To make matters worse, the Jets could be down to just five defensive backs come Sunday as starter Brian Poole is having season-ending neck surgery and their other starting cornerback, Bless Austin, is having an MRI on his neck. With a depleted secondary, Herbert could have a monster game as the Chargers look to bounce back as they avenge several heartbreaking losses earlier on in the season.

Alex Smith, QB - vs. CIN ($6,600)

One of the best stories of the 2020 season has been the return of Alex Smith. Smith had a devastating leg injury in 2018 that had many people thinking he would not be able to play but his resilience and hard work have allowed him to be under center for the Washington Football team. Smith took over the starting quarterback duties once Kyle Allen went down due to injury and has actually given this Washington offense a bit of a spark. He has attempted over 87 passes through his last two games played and while he only has one touchdown pass on the season, he has racked up over 700 passing yards.

The Bengals do not present much of a challenge when defending the pass as they allow 265 passing yards per game. In addition, they struggle to rush the quarterback as they only get 1.2 sacks per game so Smith should have enough time and can still make plays with his legs when needed. The Washington Football team is averaging 232 passing yards per game but ever since Smith took over as the starting quarterback, he has had back-to-back 300+ yard passing performances which shows how much better this offense is operating with Smith under center. Smith looks to be more of a salary saving tournament play but if he can find the end zone a few times, the risk will surely pay off.

FanDuel Running Backs - Week 11 Picks

Dalvin Cook, RB - vs. DAL ($10,500)

Cook has been scorching hot right now and even with his price above 10k, he is worth every penny. Cook is averaging 25.79 FD points per game and has had at least one rushing touchdown in seven out of eight games played this year. The volume is there for Cook as the Vikings are committed to running the ball with him regardless of the opponent. Cook has seen 20+ carries in five of his last six games and sees at least three targets per game.

Cook carries the most upside at his position on this slate and when factoring in his overall matchup, it is hard to pivot away from him. He is facing a Cowboys Defense which ranks 31st against the run as they allow 157 rushing yards per game to opposing running backs. Cook has been known to flash big-play potential and if he goes off for 130 yards and two touchdowns, you will have a hard time taking down a tournament without him.

Salvon Ahmed, RB - @ DEN ($5,600)

With Myles Gaskin on injured reserve, the Dolphins turned to Salvon Ahmed to be their go-to-back for the foreseeable future. In his first game as the main featured running back, Ahmed had 21 rushes for 85 yards while also finding the end zone for a rushing touchdown in the first quarter against the Chargers. At Ahmed's pricepoint and overall volume that he is getting, it is hard to imagine him not eclipsing double-digit fantasy points in this game.

The Denver defense is coming off of a terrible game against Las Vegas as they allowed the Raiders to gash them for 203 rushing yards and four rushing touchdowns. Stopping the run has been a problem for the Broncos all season long as they are allowing 128 yards per game to opposing running backs while also allowing one rushing touchdown per game. Denver is ranked 16th in the league as they allow running backs to score 18 fantasy points per game so this seems to be a great spot to pay down if needing some salary relief for the rest of your lineup.

FanDuel Wide Receivers - Week 11 Picks

Keenan Allen, WR - vs. NYJ ($8,000)

Since Justin Herbert was mentioned above, it would be impossible to not write up his favorite receiving weapon in Keenan Allen. Allen is the go-to receiver in this Chargers offense and leads all receivers throughout the NFL with a 27% team target share. Allen has seen double-digit targets in six out of nine games this season which shows how much of a floor he has from a fantasy production standpoint. Allen ranks fourth in the league with 65 receptions (7.2 per game) and has hauled in five receiving touchdowns throughout the season so far.

As I mentioned above, the Jets' pass defense has been terrible so far this season and it will only get worse considering they could be losing some of their better cornerbacks for the foreseeable future. Brian Poole was the main slot cornerback for the Jets and with him being out, Keenan Allen could very well be lining up against a rookie corner. The Jets are conceding over 25 fantasy points per game to opposing wide receivers so we could very well see a ceiling type of game for Keenan should the game stay relatively close.

Justin Jefferson, WR - vs. DAL ($6,700)

The rookie receiver for Minnesota is having a fantastic year and has been one of the more efficient receivers in the league this season. Justin Jefferson leads the Vikings receivers with 42 catches on 54 targets and has hauled in three receiving touchdowns on the season. Jefferson is averaging 13 FD points per game has flashed some big numbers as he has gone for 100+ receiving yards in three out of his last six games played. Jefferson is used all over the field and sees time in the slot as well so he is turning into a great receiving weapon for Kirk Cousins.

Jefferson draws a solid matchup against Dallas as they have had their struggles when it comes to defending the pass. Even though they are holding opponents to just 224 passing yards per game, the Cowboys are allowing over two passing touchdowns per game which ranks them 31st in the entire league when it comes to this category. Jefferson flashes big-play ability as he has four different games with a reception that goes for 30+ yards so, at his price point, he is worth a stab in tournament formats.

FanDuel Tight Ends - Week 11 Picks

Taysom Hill, TE - vs. ATL ($4,500)

This might be one of the stranger things to happen but it looks as if Taysom Hill be starting for the Saints at quarterback this week against the Atlanta Falcons instead of Jameis Winston. FanDuel has Taysom listed as a tight end which means this could be a lock button scenario with Hill at this price point and the fact that he will be the starting quarterback gives him extreme upside. This opportunity gives you a chance to double-dip and roster two starting quarterbacks, especially with a price point of sub 5k. We have seen Hill used sporadically in the Saints offense more so when it came to short-yardage scenarios or any type of trick play opportunity but now Sean Payton will be able to open up his playbook and allow Hill to make plays with both his arm and legs.

The matchup against the Falcons Defense is certainly favorable as Atlanta is allowing opposing quarterbacks to throw for 310 yards per game while also throw for 2+ touchdowns per game. Hill will be surrounded by weapons and should be able to offer plenty of rushing upside as well. While it's scary to always say "press the lock button and move on", this seems to be one of those times where we do that in all formats for the pure upside that Hill offers.
