World Cup DFS Lineup Picks for FanDuel, DraftKings: Matchday 6

With three games in Group H and A, Monday's showdowns are Japan vs Colombia, Senegal vs Poland, and Egypt vs Russia. Due to the multiple games being played, lineups are back to their normal constructions. Below we bring you seven players you should consider as World Cup DFS lineup picks for Matchday 6 (on June 19th, 2018).

Not all are top-tier options, as there is a range of DFS value picks, sleepers and high-risk players mixed in.

Consider all of these players for your DFS lineups; however, at the end of the day, it is always your decision. Good luck, RotoBallers.

WC DFS Forwards to Consider

Robert Lewandowski - F, Poland (DK - $10,900, FD - $12,000)

Against a suspect Senegal defense, Poland striker and Bundesliga star player Robert Lewandowski is almost a sure bet to score. The big target forward is a lethal goalscoring machine for club and country and has what it takes to carry his team at the top level. Because of his price point, it may be difficult to slot him into balanced FanDuel lineups, but he is most likely worth the price and is a must-start in GPP contests.

Sadio Mane - F, Senegal (DK - $7,900, FD - $9,000)

Easily Senegal's most dangerous player, Liverpool winger Sadio Mane was part of the most electric attacking trio throughout the season. Surprisingly, it's not much of a downgrade with the Senegalese national team, as they have a very deep attacking core. This makes Mane a more dangerous player on the pitch and a likely contributor, through goals or assists, to his team's offense throughout the game against an aging Poland defense.

WC DFS Midfielders to Consider

Denis Cheryshev - M, Russia (DK - $8,500, FD - $8,500)

The hero from the last game for Russia, Cheryshev came on off the bench early in the game and scored two sensational goals en route to Russia's 5-0 win over Saudi Arabia. The Spanish-based winger is likely to start in the second game and could look to add to his goals tally against a suspect Egyptian side that lacks depth in defense. Expect Cheryshev to make an impact early and often in the game tomorrow.

Juan Cuadrado - M, Colombia (DK - $7,500, FD - $8,500)

Cheaper on DraftKings but a good option on both sites, Cuadrado is an electric winger who is a danger to score whenever he touches the ball. The ex-Chelsea midfielder may be asked to take on an even more prominent role if team talisman James Rodriguez is unable to play. However, regardless, Cuadrado's place in the lineup is secure and he should play a prominent role in any attack that Colombia is able to generate against Japan.

WC DFS Defenders to Consider

Yuri Zhirkov - D, Russia (DK - $5,000, FD - $5,000)

Zhirkov played very well for Russia in the team's opening game, and the veteran wingback is likely to play a pivotal role as an attacking defender in their game against Egypt as well. Although Egypt are no pushovers, this is a game that Russia should be comfortably winning, making Zhirkov a good bet to get a clean sheet as well as the upside for an assist or two as the game progresses.

Lamine Gassama - D, Senegal (DK - $4,000, FD - $4,500)

If you buy the narrative of Senegal as a massively underrated team, fullback Lamine Gassama could be an excellent Tournament option, as his ownership levels will not likely be too high. Gassama is expected to start at right back for Senegal, making him an intriguing choice on the chance that Senegal are able to cause an upset win and defeat Poland in tomorrow's game.

WC DFS Goalies to Consider

Wojciech Szczesny - G, Poland (DK - $5,000, FD - 5,000)

Likely to start, the ex-Arsenal goalkeeper is a good play if you trust Poland's defense. With no standout options at the position, Szczesny becomes a lock to produce and is a must-own in Tournament formats. However, if you think that the game will be high-scoring, perhaps it may be better to consider Russia's Igor Akinfeev instead. However, Szczesny's upside at producing more saves makes him an equally intriguing option during tomorrow's slate.

Good luck this weekend!
