Cleveland Browns wide receiver KC Concepcion Jr. (calf/quadriceps) doesn't carry an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans. He was limited in both Wednesday and Thursday's practices, but was a full participant on Friday and is all systems go for Week 7. The Texas A&M product is coming off one of his best games in Week 6 against the Baltimore Ravens, catching four of six targets for 37 receiving yards. However, Concepcion Jr. hasn't yet shown the consistency needed to be counted on for fantasy rosters. He is averaging just 8.5 yards per reception this season and has yet to find the end zone. Until Concepcion Jr. becomes a more consistent pass-catcher who can score touchdowns, he's hard to plug into a fantasy starting lineup outside deep leagues. The matchup against the Titans is decent, but Concepcion Jr. is hard to trust as a starting receiver, making him mainly a FLEX option in deep leagues.--Brian Buckey - RotoBaller
