Joe Burrow Ready For High-Scoring Matchup On Sunday
Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow will take on the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday in Week 4. Burrow completed 28 of his 37 pass attempts (76%) for 286 yards and three touchdowns in the 27-30 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Despite putting up his best fantasy performance of the season, Burrow and the Bengals walked away with their first loss of the year last week. Cincinnati may have a difficult time getting back in the win column this week at home against the Jaguars. The Jacksonville defense has held opposing offenses to 10 points or fewer in two of their three games this season while racking up eight sacks and four interceptions. The Jaguars offense has also been potent to start the year, scoring about 27 points per game through three games. Burrow and the high-powered Bengals offense will have their hands full in this matchup, but should still be able to put up points in what could turn into a high-scoring game. This game is tied for the week's highest over/under, set at 51.5 points as of Friday. Even with a difficult matchup, Burrow is ranked QB5 in our RotoBaller Week 4 rankings. Fantasy managers should be excited for the potential of this game turning into a back-and-forth affair.

Chicago Bears running back D'Andre Swift (knee) is off the final injury report after a brief scare Thursday. Swift was added to the report with the knee issue and did not practice, but Courtney Cronin of ESPN reported that he returned as a full participant Friday and has no game designation for Sunday's matchup with the New York Jets. Swift is coming off 20 carries for 84 yards in Monday night's win over Philadelphia, and he also caught two passes for four yards. He has 253 rushing yards and three touchdowns through three games. Kyle Monangai has stayed involved behind him, but Swift has led Chicago in carries every week so far. RotoBaller ranks him as RB15 for Week 4. Kenny Gainwell is Risky Flex Option
Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Kenny Gainwell hasn't experienced much success in his new offense. Through three games, Gainwell has carried the ball 10 times for 21 yards, while hauling in six receptions for 22 yards through the air. Bucs' offensive coordinator Zac Robinson has stated that they want to get Gainwell more involved. It remains to be seen how Gainwell will perform with backup quarterback Jalon Daniels under center. Gainwell could factor more into the gameplan with Daniels under center and the team likely doing more short routes and screens. The 27-year-old should be viewed as a low-end flex option for the upcoming Week 4 matchup against the Green Bay Packers.

Kansas City Chiefs Defense At Full Strength Heading Into Vegas
The Kansas City Chiefs defense will face the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 4. The Chiefs defense helmed by Steve Spagnuolo has been mostly strong, outside of the 30 points given up to the Indianapolis Colts in Week 2. The Kansas City unit has come away with one interception in every game this season and will look to extend that streak against Raiders quarterback Kirk Cousins. The Raiders have put up at least 26 points in every game this season, making this a difficult matchup for the Chiefs. L'Jarius Sneed was listed on the injury report with a knee injury this week, but logged limited practices before a full practice on Friday. With the removal of Sneed from the injury report, the entire Chiefs defense should be at full strength to take on a division rival. DJ Moore Off Injury Report Ahead of Week 4
Buffalo Bills wide receiver DJ Moore (shoulder) is off the injury report and will not carry a game designation into Sunday's matchup with New England. Moore was limited Wednesday and Thursday in a non-contact jersey, so this is a meaningful step after another week of managing the shoulder. Emmett Johnson To Maintain RB2 Role In Las Vegas
Kansas City Chiefs rookie running back Emmett Johnson will face the Las Vegas Raiders on the road in Week 4. The 22-year-old has been electrifying in his limited touches behind starter Kenneth Walker, placing among the league's best in forced missed tackles per attempt. Travis Kelce Should Be Relied Upon In Vegas
Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce will travel to Las Vegas to take on the Raiders in Week 4. Kelce appears to have found the fountain of youth because he's turned back the clock to start the 2026 season. The veteran tight end has looked explosive in open space and has now scored in back-to-back games. Kelce will look to continue his hot streak as the Chiefs face a tough Raiders defense. The Raiders will have the advantage of playing at home, but Kelce and the Chiefs are still road favorites. Kelce may not earn 10+ targets every week anymore, but he's still Patrick Mahomes' most trusted target when the field shrinks, giving him a good chance to score every week. Kenneth Walker Poised To Bounce Back Against Raiders
Kansas City Chiefs running back Kenneth Walker had a decent fantasy performance in the 24-10 victory over the Miami Dolphins last week, but it was a down week by his lofty standards. After racking up over 175 scrimmage yards in each of the first two games, Walker finished Week 3 with just 70 rushing yards and three receiving yards. He was able to produce a good fantasy performance by scoring two touchdowns against Miami. Walker will have the opportunity to eclipse 100 rushing yards this week as the team travels to Las Vegas to face the Raiders. The Raiders defense has been a tough matchup for opposing offenses to begin the year, but the Chiefs are among the best offenses in the league. Walker has been one of the most proficient tackle-breakers this season, so he should be able to find success where others have not. The Chiefs also involve Walker as a pass catcher to create explosive plays in the screen game. Walker has multiple avenues to succeed and a high probability of finding the end zone any given week. Patrick Mahomes Off Injury Report, Ready For AFC West Matchup

The Raiders defense has surprisingly been one of the better units to start the season, so Mahomes will have his work cut out for him. This weekend's matchup is also a divisional matchup between two undefeated teams, so expect both squads to be fired up on Sunday. Mahomes has been playing excellent football, and his play has vaulted him back into QB1 discussions. Puka Nacua Good to Go in Week 4, Snap Count Remains Uncertain
Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua (groin) will play in his team's Week 4 matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles, per Sarah Barshop of ESPN. However, Barshop adds that Rams head coach Sean McVay said the team is "still working through" how it will navigate Nacua's snap count. Nacua has missed Los Angeles' last two games with a groin injury. While he returned to practice this week and appears to be getting closer to full health, it seems he will not play his usual full-time role in Week 4. Justin Jefferson Ruled Out for Week 4
Minnesota Vikings head coach Kevin O'Connell said that wide receiver Justin Jefferson (ankle) has been ruled out for Week 4, per Alec Lewis of The Athletic. Jefferson suffered an ankle injury during Minnesota's Week 3 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers that knocked him out of the game and prevented him from practicing in any capacity this week. Even while missing most of Week 3, the 27-year-old has recorded 13 catches for 179 yards and two touchdowns on a team-high 17 targets so far this season. 49ers Owner Jed York Suspended Six Games and Fined for Violating Conduct Policy
San Francisco 49ers principal owner Jed York has been suspended for six games and fined $500,000 for violating the NFL's Personal Conduct Policy, per Tom Pelissero of The Ringer. York was arrested in Ohio in August on suspicion of engaging in prostitution. The original charges were then amended to disorderly conduct and possessing criminal tools, to which York has since pleaded no contest. York took over as the owner, president, and CEO of the 49ers in 2009. Under his control, San Francisco has compiled a 150-129-1 record and made the playoffs eight times, including three Super Bowl appearances. Pelissero reports that York has "stayed away" from the 49ers' first three games, which count towards his suspension. He is first eligible to return to the team on October 20.
