Buffalo Bills wide receiver DJ Moore (shoulder) is off the injury report and will not carry a game designation into Sunday's matchup with New England. Moore was limited Wednesday and Thursday in a non-contact jersey, so this is a meaningful step after another week of managing the shoulder. The injury knocked him out late in the second quarter against Detroit in Week 2, but it didn't keep his role down when he returned against the Chargers. Moore saw 10 targets in that game, catching six for 67 yards. He has 11 receptions for 167 yards and a touchdown through three games, with Week 2 cutting one outing short. RotoBaller lists him at WR22 for Week 4. There is still some risk that the shoulder gets aggravated again, but Buffalo's final designation gives fantasy managers no reason to expect him to sit Sunday.--Bruno Mulé
