Week 4 Fantasy Football Outlooks
Below are some fantasy football outlooks written by our NFL team here at RotoBaller, bringing you their fantasy football analysis and advice on which players to consider starting in Week 4:
Rachaad White, Washington Commanders
Washington Commanders head coach Dan Quinn said that running back Rachaad White (shoulder) will not take part in practice on Wednesday, according to Tashan Reed of The Athletic. White had eight carries for 35 yards and caught a six-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Marcus Mariota in the Week 3 upset win over the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday, but he injured his shoulder in the process. The good news is that White was able to return to the game, so his injury does not appear to be too serious.
The Commanders could be giving him a little extra rest before their trip to London this weekend to face the Indianapolis Colts in Week 4. If White can return to practice on Thursday or Friday, he figures to have a decent shot at playing this week as the pass-catching backfield complement to Jacory Croskey-Merritt. Through his first three games with Washington, White has been efficient, carrying the ball 22 times for 100 yards (4.5 yards per carry) and catching all nine of his targets for 51 yards and a touchdown.
Tre Tucker, Las Vegas Raiders
Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Tre Tucker was unable to follow up on his 119-yard, one-touchdown performance from Week 2, but despite the return of All-Pro tight end Brock Bowers (knee), he remained involved in the team's Week 3 win over the Saints. Tucker saw the second most targets on the team, racking up 43 yards on four receptions, and his role appears secured, particularly with second-year wideout Jack Bech (forearm) reportedly headed to injured reserve with a broken forearm.
Bowers' 12 targets, 10 receptions, and usage across the formation in his first game back from injury proved emphatically that the offense will run through the third-year tight end as long as he stays healthy, but Tucker should still see enough work to keep him rosterable in full-PPR leagues. As the presumed second option in the passing game, Tucker offers a usable floor while still having the big-play potential to deliver the occasional splash week.
Josh Downs, Indianapolis Colts
Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Josh Downs has become a much bigger part of the passing game over the last two weeks. Downs followed seven catches for 72 yards against Kansas City with five receptions for 77 yards on a team-high 11 targets in Sunday's win over Houston. That gives him 12 catches for 149 yards on 20 targets during that stretch.
Alec Pierce (heel) landing on injured reserve has opened more opportunity, but Downs has done his part to earn it. He and Daniel Jones spent considerable time working together during the offseason while Pierce was unavailable, and that connection is starting to show up on Sundays. Downs has also moved from WR24 in RotoBaller's final Week 3 rankings to WR21 in the early Week 4 half-PPR ranks. Indianapolis gets Washington next, and another game without Pierce should leave Downs with plenty of chances to keep this recent run going.
Dontayvion Wicks, Philadelphia Eagles
Across three games so far in 2026, Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Dontayvion Wicks has recorded nine catches for 179 yards and a touchdown on 15 targets. Like the rest of the Eagles offense, Wicks had a frustrating game in his team's Week 3 loss to the Chicago Bears, recording just two catches for 30 yards. However, he topped 70 receiving yards in each of the Eagles' first two games and is averaging five targets per contest.
Perhaps most importantly for fantasy managers, Wicks has been on the field for 78% of Philadelphia's offensive snaps this season and profiles as the team's WR2 alongside DeVonta Smith. With Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert (knee) currently sidelined by a knee injury, Wicks could be the number two option in the Philly passing game for the next several weeks. In leagues where he's not already rostered, Wicks profiles as a priority waiver wire target for fantasy managers.
TreVeyon Henderson, New England Patriots
New England Patriots running back TreVeyon Henderson was quiet in Sunday's 35-6 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars, finishing with eight carries for 23 yards. His longest run went for five yards, and New England never got much going on the ground. Rhamondre Stevenson had seven carries for 22 yards, while Corey Kiner added 18 yards on six attempts as the Patriots spread the work around.
Henderson's line was a big step back from his 2026 debut against Pittsburgh, when he ran 16 times for 76 yards and a touchdown. New England was down 28-3 by the end of the third quarter, so the game got away from them quickly. Still, the drop from 16 carries to eight stands out. Henderson remains fantasy relevant, but Sunday's usage showed Stevenson and Kiner are still part of the backfield mix.
