Xander Schauffele One to Watch in Atlanta This Week

Xander Schauffele may not be having the greatest 2026 season, but Atlanta is a solid course for him. The American golfer has quite a few top-five results at East Lake Golf Club. That includes several runner-ups (2019,2020, and 2023) plus the 2017 title. Regardless of the format, Schauffele excels on this long par-71 course (7,346 yards). Even a subpar BMW Championship last week (T26) should not be a red flag. Schauffele has seven top-10 results in 2026 and nearly won the Rocket Classic earlier in the month. Schauffele drives the ball 319.7 yards on average (10th) and carries 60.98% accuracy (70th).
