DraftKings NFL DFS Picks for 12/27: Daily Fantasy Football

Nico Collins - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

Koby's DraftKings NFL DFS Week 17 picks, value plays, DFS sleepers for the Saturday slate (2025). His top DK plays and value picks for daily fantasy football lineups.

Welcome Back, RotoBallers! The Christmas slate was quite an interesting one. Max Brosmer played about as well as we expected, and the defense carried them to a win. The Cowboys made it closer than expected but still managed to get the job done. The Broncos once again made a game closer than necessary, and it took a last-minute touchdown to finish the job. Hopefully today's slate is a bit more thrilling!

We have two games on deck for us tonight, the first one has massive playoff implications! The Houston Texans travel to Los Angeles to take on the Chargers! With a win here, Houston can clinch a playoff spot and knock the Indianapolis Colts out of contention. In our other game, we have the Baltimore Ravens, who need a win to keep their playoff hopes alive, travel to Green Bay to take on the Packers.

Be sure to jump into our RotoBaller Discord! We have so many different channels devoted to whatever you're playing in fantasy football. We also have lots of great NFL DFS articles and NFL DFS tools to help you win MORE this season! Good luck with your DraftKings DFS lineups -- let's dominate this Week 17 slate together!

DraftKings Quarterbacks - Week 17 DFS Picks

Malik Willis, GB vs. BAL ($5,000)

Am I crazy for picking a QB in this spot? Probably a little bit, but I think Willis deserves some credit here; he was thrust into a big spot against a tough Bears defense and performed relatively well. He completed nine of his 11 passes for 121 yards and a touchdown and rushed for 44 yards as well. Getting some starter reps will really help him into the starting role this week. The Packers have plenty of options at receiver, giving him plenty of options to choose from.

The Ravens also make for a good matchup, as they have given up the seventh-most passing yards to QBs this season and the second-most in the last four weeks. The other game has a couple of tough defenses, which makes me a little hesitant to roster one of their QBs. I'll take a shot here on Willis to fill in nicely for Jordan Love.

Other options - Justin Herbert

DraftKings Running Backs - Week 17 DFS Picks

TOP PLAY

Derrick Henry, BAL at GB ($7,200)

I don't like taking running backs against the Packers' defense that has stunned running backs this season, but Derrick Henry is going to have a big role in the offense with Tyler Huntley at the helm. In his last two outings with Huntley at QB, he finished with 19 and 17 fantasy points in Weeks 6 and 8. He should have no issue seeing over 20+ rushing attempts and might see a couple of chances in the receiving game as well.

Henry has 90+ rushing yards in six of his last 10 games and eight touchdowns in that time as well. If Henry can get himself in the red zone, he has a near 60% red zone rush share, and with no Lamar Jackson, that should only help him see even more carries. If we can get 90+ yards and a touchdown, that should end up being a solid night against a tough defense.

Omarion Hampton, LAC vs. HOU ($6,300)

This Houston run defense has been solid this season, but we just saw Ashton Jeanty pop off for a monster game. He had 188 combined yards and two touchdowns against them last week. Omarion Hampton has been ramping up since coming back from a brutal injury earlier in the season. He had his best game since coming back with 95 total yards and a touchdown against the Cowboys.

Kimani Vidal might be either out of this game or limited as he has been a non-participant or limited in all practices this week. If that is the case, I do expect Hampton to see 15+ carries and should see some run in the receiving game as well. Herbert will need someone to take the focus away from the passing game to get it going, which should give Hampton an ample amount of carries, which could lead to a big scoring night for him.

DraftKings Wide Receivers - Week 17 DFS Picks

TOP PLAY

Nico Collins, HOU at LAC ($7,400)

Nico Collins is in a spot to win some people their fantasy football championships. The Chargers have been a tough matchup for opposing WRs, but he should be lined up here against Cam Hart, who is giving up .34 fantasy points per route run this season. That is good for the second-best matchup on this slate tonight. We have seen how much of a fantasy threat Collins can be; he has scored 19+ fantasy points in six games this season.

Five of those six games have been within the last seven weeks. Collins is playing upwards of 80% of snaps and carries an elite target share that leads the team at 25.2%. He is also leading the team in the red zone targets as well, at 25.8%. Collins is locked in as one of the best WR options on the slate, and should be one of the highest-owned guys, making him an elite cash play.

Romeo Doubs, GB vs. BAL ($4,900)

Romeo Doubs had his second-best fantasy week of the season in their loss to the Bears. He caught five of his six targets for 84 yards, including a massive 33-yard catch for a touchdown from Malik Willis. Since Christian Watson came back, I think a lot of the focus has been on him. He is questionable for this one, but I do expect him to play, considering he was limited due to an illness. Doubs had a decent connection with Willis, and I think he should see quite a few targets early on to get him acclimated.

Doubs is getting a great matchup, as he should be lined up against Marlon Humphrey for the most part, who is giving up .36 fantasy points per route run. That is good for the most on the slate tonight. Doubs leads the team in red zone target share this season at 27%. Getting a touchdown with Doubs would be huge for his fantasy stock. The Ravens give up the third most receiving yards to opposing WRs this season.

Other options - Quentin Johnston, Zay Flowers, Christian Watson

DraftKings Tight Ends - Week 17 DFS Picks

TOP PLAY

Oronde Gadsden II, LAC vs. HOU ($3,900)

I realistically think you have two options at TE this week. Either you go with Dalton Schultz, who will likely hold the highest ownership for a TE on the slate, or you go with Oronde Gadsden II here in a solid spot as well. Gadsden has had a bit of an up-and-down season, but I do think this is a good spot for him. The Texans have given up the seventh-most fantasy points to TEs across the last four weeks.

Gadsden has a really solid ceiling. We have seen it early in the season when he was being targeted 6+ times a game. He also has seen an 18% red zone target share this season. If he can get one in the end zone, that will be huge for us. Gadsden doesn't have much of a floor, so if you are playing in cash games, then Schultz is the play. For GPPs, though, I do like taking a shot on Gadsden.

Other options - Dalton Schultz

Thanks for reading, and good luck in your contests this weekend!
