NFL DFS Lineup Picks for FanDuel, DraftKings - Panthers vs. 49ers Monday Night Showdown

Tetairoa McMillan - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

Koby's top NFL DFS lineup picks for DraftKings, FanDuel -- Panthers vs. 49ers MNF slate for Week 12 Monday Night Football (Nov. 24, 2025). His NFL daily fantasy sleeper picks.

Happy Monday, RotoBallers! We are getting a new team in one of these showdown articles. If my memory serves me correctly, I haven't written anything up involving the Panthers this season. It's always nice to get a little change of matchup, rather than writing about the same few teams every few weeks. Sunday Night Football was a blowout, as the Rams smacked the Buccaneers around. Let's hope we can get a better and closer matchup in this one!

Tonight, we have a solid Monday Night Football matchup as the Carolina Panthers (6-5) travel to the West Coast to take on the San Francisco 49ers (7-4). Both teams have won three of their last five and look to keep their playoff hopes alive. Both teams are coming off a win last week as well and will look to make it two in a row here.

In this article, I will share my Week 12 MNF daily fantasy football lineup picks for the Panthers vs. 49ers on November 24, 2025. These lineups can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on DraftKings. MVP/Captain - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Christian McCaffrey - RB, SF ($18.6K DK/$20.4K FD)

It is Christian McCaffrey's world, and we are just living in it. He has once again been one of the best running backs in the league and has finally been healthy. Of course, the one year I don't have him in fantasy, right? This week, he goes up against his former team. I wouldn't really consider this a revenge narrative, but if you do, even more reason to roster him!

McCaffrey has only had two below-average games this season, scoring only 13 and eight fantasy points in those games. But he has had some explosive games, including last week's 32 fantasy point game. McCaffrey is putting up video game numbers this season and is getting a solid matchup here against a Carolina run defense that has surrendered the 10th-most rushing yards and fourth-most rushing TDs to RBs this season.

In the last four weeks alone, it has given up the fourth-most fantasy points in the league. McCaffrey is expensive, but he is also the guy with the best floor and one of the highest ceilings on the slate.

Tetairoa McMillan - WR, CAR ($14.1K DK/$15.9K FD)

Tetairoa McMillan had the best game of his debut season last week against Atlanta, going for 130 yards and two touchdowns on eight receptions. It was his second game that he went for 100+ yards; he also had a 99-yarder. Bryce Young and McMillan have really started to form a connection, and this week, he gets a great matchup.

The 49ers have been tormented by WRs this season, giving up the fifth-most fantasy points this season and the most across the last four weeks.

He is coming into this one at a good time, given how poorly the 49ers have done against opposing receivers. The 49ers have set guys at each cornerback spot, and with McMillan lining up all over the field, he will get a look at everyone. McMillan is our fifth-highest-priced player on FD and presents solid value at the MVP spot, which should give us a bit more room to work with rather than putting CMC there.

Other Captains: Brock Purdy

Flex Plays - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

George Kittle - TE, SF ($8.6K DK/$9.8K FD)

The 49ers are finally getting healthy again, making this team dangerous. It is wild to think the NFC West has three contenders this season. George Kittle spent quite a bit of time on IR this season with a hamstring injury, but it's been the last weeks that he has exceeded expectations. He has caught all 15 of his targets for 151 yards and three touchdowns.

Kittle is seeing an extremely high red-zone target percentage as well. He is pushing a 23% and the only player with a higher target rate is McCaffrey.

The Panthers have given up the seventh-most receiving yards to opposing TEs this season. Kittle has been a big part of this offense in recent weeks, contributing to a big win over the Cardinals last week. The 49ers will continue to need Kittle to be involved as much as possible, and at his price, he is one of the better values on the slate.

Jalen Coker - WR, CAR ($4K DK/$6.4K FD)

As I mentioned above with McMillan, the Carolina WRs are in a great spot to perform here. Coker spends a lot of time in the slot, which should have him matched up the majority of the time against Upton Stout, who is giving up .26 fantasy points per route run.

Coker spent the start of the season on IR before coming back about five weeks ago. He enjoyed his best performance last week as he caught all four targets for 52 yards.

Coker has played in 66% or more snaps in the last four weeks, which would have him as the second-highest on the team, surpassing teammate Xavier Legette. Coker has a pretty low floor, as he has yet to reach the end zone this season, but he makes for an excellent tournament play, as most will focus on McMillan and Legette.

Other Flex Options: Jauan Jennings, Rico Dowdle

Value Plays - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Ja'Tavion Sanders- TE, CAR ($2.8K DK/$5K FD)

Ja'Tavion Sanders isn't quite having the breakout sophomore season he probably had hoped for. He was injured for a bit this season as well. The last two games have been encouraging, though. He has caught all nine targets over the previous two weeks, going for a combined 54 yards. Sanders is still seeing a lower snap percentage to Tommy Tremble across the last few weeks, but the numbers are getting closer.

Tremble continues not to see very many targets, which is good for Sanders, who should continue to see more and more targets as they incorporate him more into the offense. Sanders is about as cheap as I would go on slate for any Panthers players since no one else below him has contributed anything that is worth a shot.

Brian Robinson Jr. - RB, SF ($3.4K DK/$5.4K FD)

This is a shot in the dark, and if you want a slightly safer play, then Demarcus Robinson is an option as well. Robinson has slowly seen more and more production, and with the help of some blowouts, he found the end zone in two of his last three games. The 49ers are touchdown favorites in this one, so it's possible Robinson gets some late run and maybe even another touchdown.

This is purely for tournament play and should be used only in your large MME tournaments. With five or more carries in his last three games, Robinson could make something happen here against Carolina and become an elite value play.

Other Value Options: Demarcus Robinson, Ryan Fitzgerald

Sample NFL DFS Lineup

Here is a lineup option I like for Sunday morning's slate on FanDuel. Note that sample lineups are not intended to be used in contests by readers, but instead to show the type of roster construction that I am considering when building my lineups.
