Week 10 Fantasy Football Wide Receiver Outlooks

Tre Tucker, Las Vegas Raiders

Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Tre Tucker is perhaps this week's most unpredictable fantasy player when his team takes on the Denver Broncos on Thursday Night Football. The Raiders granted receiver Jakobi Meyers' trade request this week by shipping the veteran to Jacksonville, which figures to make Tucker the team's No. 2 option behind tight end Brock Bowers. His first opportunity, however, comes against a Broncos defense that has allowed the second-fewest points to fantasy wide receivers.

Given the circumstances, managers should consider Tucker to be a risky WR3/flex option. While Tucker could be in line for more targets without Meyers, he's still not the offense's top option, he's playing on a bad team, and he's up against one of the very best secondaries in the league this week.

Romeo Doubs, Green Bay Packers

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Romeo Doubs has been the most consistent wide receiver target for the team this season and could be ready to take on more targets after the injury to Tucker Kraft (knee). Doubs led the Packers with seven catches for 91 yards on 10 targets in their ugly 16-13 loss to the Panthers last week.

No other Green Bay pass catcher drew more than five targets. The 25-year-old should continue to build on his already solid production and could elevate his numbers in Kraft's absence. Christian Watson's return will draw away some targets, but his presence helps stretch the field, creating more opportunities for Doubs and the offense. Doubs is ranked as RotoBaller's WR32 for Week 10.

Cedric Tillman, Cleveland Browns

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Cedric Tillman (hamstring) was a full participant during Wednesday's practice session. Tillman was recently designated to return from the injured reserve. The 25-year-old has been out since suffering a hamstring injury during the Week 4 matchup against the Detroit Lions.

The fact that Tillman was able to practice in full to begin the week is a good sign heading into the Week 10 matchup against the New York Jets. Before going down, Tillman hauled in 11 of his 20 targets for 106 yards and two touchdowns in four games. He's unlikely to be a viable streaming option given how poorly this offense has played with Dillon Gabriel under center.

Cooper Kupp, Seattle Seahawks

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Cooper Kupp (hamstring, heel) was unable to take part in Wednesday's practice session. Earlier in the day, head coach Mike Macdonald told reporters that Kupp would be limited in practice. Instead, Kupp sat out completely, which isn't a great sign to begin the week.

The 32-year-old sat out last week's win over the Washington Commanders. There's a chance he misses the Week 10 matchup against the Arizona Cardinals as well. The Seahawks have brought in reinforcements in the form of Rashid Shaheed. That being said, Shaheed could have a bigger role right away if Kupp is unable to play this weekend. Fantasy managers will need to stay tuned throughout the week for more updates on Kupp.

Brandon Aiyuk, San Francisco 49ers

San Francisco 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan said on Wednesday that he's "pretty confident" that wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk (knee) will play at some point this season, according to David Lombardi of The San Francisco Standard. However, the 49ers are still waiting for Aiyuk to "hit certain markers" on GPS speed measurements before opening his 21-day practice window. Once Aiyuk returns to practice, the team will have 21 days to officially activate him from the Physically Unable to Perform list.

Despite the optimism, reports on Monday suggested that the 27-year-old former first-rounder wasn't close to a return to practice, so fantasy managers who have been stashing Aiyuk all year shouldn't get their hopes up. Aiyuk suffered a torn ACL and MCL in Week 7 of last year and probably won't be back in games for the 49ers until December.

Puka Nacua, Los Angeles Rams

Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay told reporters on Wednesday that wide receiver Puka Nacua (rib) "should be good to play" on Sunday in a big divisional matchup against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 10 despite injuring his rib in the Week 9 win over the New Orleans Saints, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. Nacua injured his ribs last weekend, but X-rays came back negative, and he's expected to be available to take on the Niners this weekend. If the 24-year-old third-year pass-catcher is active for Week 10, he'll be a must-start in all fantasy lineups.

Nacua continues to be one of the most dynamic wideouts in the NFL, and he enters Week 10 action with 61 catches on a league-high 73 targets for 711 yards and three touchdowns across seven starts. In the overtime loss to San Fran on Oct. 2, Nacua had 10 grabs on 12 targets for 85 yards and a touchdown.
