NFL DFS Lineup Picks for FanDuel, DraftKings - Raiders vs. Broncos Thursday Night Showdown

Kevin Tompkins' Five Football League Winners

Koby's top NFL DFS lineup picks for DraftKings, FanDuel -- Raiders vs. Broncos TNF slate for Week 10 Thursday Night Football (Nov. 6, 2025). His NFL daily fantasy sleeper picks.

Welcome back, RotoBallers! Monday Night Football was a solid game. Jacoby Brissett came out and stole the starting job in Arizona. The Cowboys will look to rebound in Week 11 with their new trade acquisitions on Monday Night Football against the Raiders. But before all that, let's dive into tonight's Thursday Night Football game!

The best part of the NFL schedule is that we have only two days off between Monday Night Football and Thursday Night Football, so we are back at it tonight as the lowly Las Vegas Raiders (2-6) travel to Denver to take on the scorching hot Broncos (7-2) in an AFC West showdown.

I will provide you with daily fantasy football picks on DraftKings and FanDuel for Thursday Night Football in Week 10 -- Raiders vs. Broncos on November 6, 2025. These NFL DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks. Editor's Note: The FFPC Baby Gorilla Tournament is now open, featuring a $100,000 grand prize and a $675,450 total prize pool! MVP/Captain - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Brock Bowers - TE, $14.7K (DK), $18K (FD)

Brock Bowers is back with a vengeance. He had a decently slow start to the season, but all it took was one game to recapture his spot as one of the best TEs in the league. He finished with three touchdowns on 12 receptions and 127 yards in the very close loss to the Jaguars.

With Jakobi Meyers being traded, Bowers now has no competition in the receiving game. It is also a better matchup for TEs than it is for WRs.

Denver's defense has been stout, and if Bo Nix balls out like expected, Bowers should also have a good game because they'll have to pass the ball a lot. I don't see him getting in the end zone three times again, but I wouldn't be surprised if he goes for 10 receptions and one touchdown with the Raiders being down to skin and bones on offense.

Bo Nix - QB, $15.9K (DK), $20.7K (FD)

Bo Nix is the clear-cut No. 1 option at the captain spot on this slate. As long as the Broncos don't go full run game on them, Nix should be in control of this game and have his way early on against a pretty poor Raiders defense. He may be under heavy pressure from Maxx Crosby, which will make him use his legs more.

Nix should use his legs a lot more. He has shown multiple weeks this season how much of a threat he can be in the running game. In their last meeting, he threw for 273 yards and two touchdowns. The Raiders pass defense has been pretty rough this season; they have given up 200+ passing yards in every game.

This is an elite spot for Nix, and if you don't put him at the captain spot, then have him in your flex for sure.

Other Captains/MVPs: Ashton Jeanty

Flex Plays - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Troy Franklin - WR, $7.6K (DK), $7.8K (FD)

Eventually, the Oregon Ducks connection would succeed. Franklin has quickly moved up the ladder in Denver and is establishing himself as one of the top WRs. He has already surpassed Courtland Sutton in average targets this season and is even becoming a threat in the red zone. He leads the team by quite a bit in red zone target share with 34.3%. The next closest is Sutton with 14.3%.

Franklin, in the last three weeks, has seen 28 targets with three touchdowns in that time. The Raiders make for a great matchup, too. They give up the fifth-most receiving yards and eighth-most touchdowns to opposing WRs this season.

Both sites have Franklin listed at $2K cheaper compared to Sutton. This is the perfect play to have paired with Nix. Franklin will be a little higher-owned than Sutton because of how much more affordable he is, but I do think overall that Franklin is the better play here.

RJ Harvey - RB, $5.6K (DK), $7.6K (FD)

I'm going to keep it here with the Broncos, as the Raiders are just a disaster right now anyway. RJ Harvey is continuing to see a bigger role each week. It has more so come in the passing game, as he hasn't been rushing the ball as much as he could.

It is his red-zone usage that is very interesting to see, though. Although he only sits at a 16.1% red zone rush share and 11.4% red zone receiving share, he still has five total touchdowns in the last three weeks!

J.K. Dobbins hasn't had a touchdown since Week 5, even with him seeing plenty of rushing attempts. The Broncos just seem to go with Harvey when it comes to getting the job done. Dobbins is far too expensive for how little he has been getting into the end zone, so I would rather go with Harvey, who continues to see an uptick in usage.

Other Flex Options: Tre Tucker, Daniel Carlson, Wil Lutz

Value Plays - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Broncos Defense, $5.4K (DK), $6.8K (FD)

The Broncos defense has been solid this season, and it gets an elite matchup here against Geno Smith and company. Smith has been one of the worst QBs in the league this season and is tied for the most interceptions. Denver gives up the third least amount of yards per game at 280. It has the most sacks in the league as a team, and it isn't particularly close with 40!

This is just a recipe for disaster for Smith, who could see himself benched soon if he doesn't perform. Playing defense is a great way to get different on a slate; they are generally pretty low-owned on most showdowns. I expect the Broncos defense to have a slightly higher ownership than usual, but it should be a good play.

Tyler Lockett - WR, $3K (DK), $4.2K (FD)

I can't believe I'm about to tout Tyler Lockett in 2025 right now. This Raiders offense is a nightmare, and it just got much worse with Jakobi Meyers heading to Jacksonville for the rest of the season.

Last week, the Raiders made Jack Bech and Dont'e Thornton Jr. both healthy scratches, which doesn't bring me much confidence that either of them will be used much in this matchup. Lockett, although only seeing one target, played 30% of snaps.

Lockett is getting up there in age, but he does have at least a little bit of chemistry with Geno Smith. I don't see him playing a lot of snaps, but he should get up there in the 50% range, and he is dirt cheap. I expect him to have a larger role this week than he did in last week's matchup against the Jaguars.

Other Value Options: Jack Bech, Evan Engram, Pat Bryant (if Marvin Mims Jr. is out)

Sample NFL DFS Lineup

Here is a lineup option I like for tonight's slate on FanDuel. Note that sample lineups are not intended to be used in contests by readers, but instead to show the type of roster construction that I am considering when building my lineups tonight.
