Koby's top NFL DFS lineup picks for DraftKings, FanDuel -- Ravens vs. Dolphins TNF slate for Week 9 Thursday Night Football (Oct. 30, 2025). His NFL daily fantasy sleeper picks.
Welcome back, RotoBallers! The Chargers made complete fools of the Vikings last week. Last Thursday went pretty well for me, and if Jalen Nailor had done anything, then it would have been even better. But we take a win where we can, and hopefully we can do well once again this week. We have a great matchup, and Lamar Jackson is back!
The best part of the NFL schedule is that we have only two days off between Monday Night Football and Thursday Night Football, so we are back at it tonight as the Baltimore Ravens travel to Miami to take on the Dolphins. Both teams are coming off big wins last week, and the Dolphins showed back up with a massive game from Tua.
I will provide you with daily fantasy football picks on DraftKings and FanDuel for Thursday Night Football in Week 9 -- Ravens vs. Dolphins on October 30th, 2025. These NFL DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks. MVP/Captain - NFL DFS Lineup Picks
Derrick Henry - RB, $16.5K (DK), $18.9K (FD)
This could be Henry's biggest game of the season. Lamar Jackson is back in the lineup, but I think it's going to be the run game that makes a difference. The Miami Dolphins have struggled mightily against running backs this season, except for Bijan Robinson for some reason. I think that was more of an anomaly than anything. Derrick Henry has had multiple games of 100+ yards and two touchdowns, and I think it's a very good possibility we see it again tonight.
Overall, the Dolphins have given up the fifth-most fantasy points to opposing RBs this season. They have also given up the third-most rushing yards per game this season and the fifth-most receiving yards per game to RBs. The Ravens love to run the ball in the red zone, too, with a 67% red zone rush rate compared to 33% pass attempts. Henry has seen 60% of those rushing attempts in the red zone. Henry right now is -250 to score a TD, that's just absurd, lock him in and pray the Dolphins don't shut him down like they did Bijan.
Tua Tagovailoa - QB, $15K (DK), $17.1K (FD)
Picking between Tua Tagovailoa and De'Von Achane was a tough choice here. I chose Tua because he is quite a bit cheaper on DK. The game script also likely has them throwing the ball quite a bit. The last couple of games against Baltimore were good for him. He has eight touchdowns and 706 yards between those two games. Tua looked much better last week against Atlanta after a rough few weeks before that.
📊 Tua Tagovailoa career stats vs. Baltimore Ravens:
➖ 2-1 record
➖ 65.7% passing
➖ 288.0 passing yards per game
➖ 8 passing touchdowns
➖ 4 interceptions
➖ 102.1 passer rating#PhinsUp pic.twitter.com/XWUcF2JaoQ— FinsXtra (@FinsXtra) October 30, 2025
Tua threw for four touchdowns in last week's blowout over the Falcons and looks to take advantage of a weak Baltimore secondary. They have given up the second-most fantasy points to WRs and the fourth most to QBs this season. I expect that with Tua's issues this season, we get him at slightly lower ownership compared to Achane. Both are good options, but I'll give the edge to Tua here in case he gets another four TDs in what could be a high-scoring game.
Other Captains/MVPs: Lamar Jackson, De'Von Achane

Flex Plays - NFL DFS Lineup Picks
Mark Andrews - TE, $5K (DK), $8.6K (FD)
Weeks 3 and 4 this season were Mark Andrews' best games of the year. He saw 14 targets between those two games, and those happened to be the last two games he had Jackson throwing to him. Jackson being back on the field here will be great. Andrews' stock has dropped a ton since Jackson went down with an injury, and he should see it rise back up.
Miami has struggled a bit against TEs this season, giving up the sixth-most receiving yards. Andrews could easily be considered a value play on DK with how cheap he is. The Ravens tend to run the ball quite a bit more in the red zone, but when they do throw, Andrews becomes the priority. He has a 25% red zone target share this season, and only Zay Flowers has been relatively close with an 18%. Andrews makes for a solid middle-of-the-pack play, and with how up and down he has been this season, he may have some lower ownership.
Jaylen Waddle - WR, $10.4K (DK), $10.4K (FD)
Jaylen Waddle has taken full advantage of Tyreek Hill's absence, recording 95+ yards in three of the four games and a touchdown in two of them. He's been the main target in the offense, and with Darren Waller down with an injury, that could keep him out for a while. Waddle will continue to be the focal point in the offense. Since Hill went down, he has been targeted 27 times.
He is getting a great matchup against a Ravens Secondary that gives up the second-most fantasy points and fifth-most TDs to WRs. He should be lining up against Chidobe Awuzie this week, who has given up .33 fantasy points per route this season. I love the matchup and love the target share he gets. This should be one of the best plays on the slate. If he can get in the end zone, it's going to be big for us.
Other Flex Options: Zay Flowers, Tyler Loop, Riley Patterson
Value Plays - NFL DFS Lineup Picks
Rashod Bateman - WR, $6.4K (DK), $5K (FD)
This one is more for those on FD. Rashod Bateman is pretty cheap, and for a WR2, I think he should be a bit higher. He is averaging about four targets a game, which is low, but getting Jackson back will be big. Two of the three weeks with Cooper Rush or Tyler Huntley at QB were just not ideal for his production. I think he bounces back, having Jackson throw the ball again.
He should be lined up for a solid matchup against Jack Jones, who has given up .32 fantasy points per route run. WRs have struggled against the Dolphins' defense fantasy-wise this season, but Jackson brings a whole other element to the game. I expect Bateman to be more involved this week than he has in past weeks.
Malik Washington - WR, $4.8K (DK), $7.4K (FD)
Like with Waddle, Malik Washington is beginning to see a bigger role in the offense. I think Tua will be throwing the ball a ton in this game. Since Hill went down, he's been the clear WR2 in the offense, racking up 23 targets in four weeks. He just caught his first TD last week against Atlanta and seems to be seeing a higher target share in the red zone. He is up to a 19.4% with Waller and Hill out. Tua throws the ball 56% of the time in the red zone this season.

I like Washington a bit more on DK because of his price. He got a hefty bump on FanDuel, but is still a decent value. Like Waddle, he gets a great matchup and an arguably better one. He should be matched up against Marlon Humphrey in the slot, who is .43 fantasy points per route run this season.
Other Value Options: DeAndre Hopkins, Ollie Gordon II
Sample NFL DFS Lineup
Here is a lineup option I like for tonight's slate on FanDuel. Note that sample lineups are not intended to be used in contests by readers, but instead to show the type of roster construction that I am considering when building my lineups tonight.
