Koby's top NFL DFS picks for Week 6 MNF (2025) DraftKings and FanDuel lineup sleepers for the Monday night football slate. His top FD and DK plays and value picks to target for DFS lineups.
Welcome Back, RotoBallers! The Chiefs took care of the Lions after a close first half on SNF. We now move on to a solid couple of games for MNF. I'm still deciding if I like the two games on MNF; it's a bit different, but I do feel like it takes away from how great having one MNF game is.
On this slate, it'll be similar to your regular DFS slate rather than the typical showdowns that I have been writing up. In the first game, we have the Buffalo Bills (4-1), coming off their first loss last week, traveling to Atlanta to take on the Falcons (2-2). In the second game, we have the Chicago Bears (2-2) traveling to Maryland to take on the Washington Commanders (3-2).
In this article, I will be providing you with my Week 6 MNF daily fantasy football lineup picks for the 2025 NFL season. These lineups can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on FanDuel. MNF Quarterbacks - NFL DFS Lineup Picks
Caleb Williams at WSH ($5.6K DK/$7.3K FD)
I'm gonna start this out by getting a little different here. I think the majority of people will spend up here and pay for Josh Allen, and I can fault no one for that. But I do like the value we get here on Caleb Williams in a spot that has been good for heavy passing teams. Williams has thrown the ball 30+ times in three of his four games this season.
This Commander's defense has given up big passing games to the likes of Jordan Love, Geno Smith, and Michael Penix Jr., who all had 290+ passing yards and two or more touchdowns.
Williams has all the weapons to compete with the best of them. He also has shown the ability to use his legs with five or more rushing attempts in all four games. The Commanders have given up the ninth most fantasy points to opposing QBs this season. This should be a back-and-forth game, and the pairing between Williams and Rome Odunze is one of my favorites on the slate.
In Cash games, Allen is the answer, but I love Williams in the big GPP tournaments as a way to get different from the field.
Also Consider: Josh Allen ($7.7K DK/$9.1K FD)
MNF Running Backs - NFL DFS Lineup Picks
Bijan Robinson vs. BUF ($8.2K DK/$9.1K FD)
I don't think I have to go into in-depth on this one. Robinson might end up being one of the highest-owned players on the slate, but for good reason! In his first four games this season, he has 21+ fantasy points in three of them! Surprisingly enough, this is actually one of his best matchups of the season. The Bills give up the twelfth most fantasy points to opposing RBs this season.
Robinson's activity in both the running and receiving game is significant here. De'Von Achane was one of those RBs who did a lot of damage to the Bills' run defense with his seven receptions against them a few weeks ago. Robinson has seen five or more targets in all four games this season, which has helped add to his dominating performances.
Jacory Croskey-Merritt vs. CHI ($5.6K DK/6.4K FD)
It is BILL SZN! The long hyped up seventh-round pick has finally made his path clear as the lead back in this offense. He had 150 all-purpose yards and two touchdowns in last week's win over the Chargers. Croskey-Merritt is the cheapest of the starting RBs on this slate, and I think he at least finishes as the RB2.
The Bears' defense has been prone to big games from RBs, as they have given up the fourth most fantasy points to opposing RBs this season.

Croskey-Merritt is still working his way into the passing game, but has caught both his targets in each of his last two games. The more confident he becomes, the better it is for him. He has all the makings of a lead-back in the league; he needs to continue the grind, and it's his for the taking. He is one of the best value options on this slate.
Also Consider: D'Andre Swift ($5.5K DK/$6.6K FD)

MNF Wide Receivers - NFL DFS Lineup Picks
Rome Odunze at WSH ($6.5K DK/$7.6K FD)
The second-year wideout is having an exceptional start to the year. He has seen 35 targets in the first four games of the season and has already seen five touchdowns in that time as well. With an absurd 26.7% reception share and an average of 74 yards per game this season, he is in a position to continue cruising to a big season.
Caleb Williams to Rome Odunze!
The second-year QB and WR get the Bears on the board first 🐻

He gets a tougher matchup against Marshon Lattimore, but he is still giving up .23 fantasy points per route run this season. If he lines up in the slot, though, he should get a good matchup against Mike Sainristil.
Odunze spends the majority of his time on the right side and in the slot this season. He is our most expensive guy on the slate, but against a secondary that has given up the 11th most fantasy points to opposing WRs this season.
Luke McCaffrey vs. CHI ($3.8K DK/$5.3K FD)
Keeping it here with the same game, the Commanders' offense is getting pretty depleted. Both Terry McLaurin and Noah Brown are going to miss their third week in a row, and Deebo Samuel Sr. (heel) is at risk for missing tonight's game as well. If that is the case, Luke McCaffrey will likely be slotted into the WR1 role.
He has had a few big catches, including a 50-yard grab last week against the Chargers.
McCaffrey has already seen two receptions for touchdowns this season and has a 15% red zone target share. If Samuel is out, that number should increase even more, as Samuel has seen a 30% red zone target share this season as well. Chicago has given up the third most receiving TDs to WRs so far this season.
At McCaffrey's price, we don't need much for him to hit value, and there isn't much below him that presents as much potential as he does.
Also Consider: Drake London ($6.2K DK/$7.4K FD), Deebo Samuel Sr. (if he plays) ($6.4K DK/$7K FD), Keon Coleman ($5.3K DK/$5.5K FD)
MNF Tight Ends - NFL DFS Lineup Picks
Kyle Pitts Sr. vs. BUF ($3.7K DK/$5.3K FD)
On one of these MNF slates, we will get a solid TE room. Today is not that day, though. Dalton Kincaid may miss this one due to an oblique injury, and even if he is otherwise healthy, I'm not sure if I want to risk that one. Kyle Pitts Sr. grades out as the best TE option on the slate. He has finally gotten more targets and is coming off his best game of the season against the Commanders, where he caught all five of his targets for 70 yards and a touchdown.
The Falcons need to keep him involved in the offense, as he can be a lethal threat to any defense. The Falcons are down Darnell Mooney (hamstring), so they will need Pitts to step up in this spot to get some of the pressure off of London.
Also Consider: Dalton Kincaid ($4.4K DK/$5.8K FD), Dawson Knox (if Kincaid is out) ($2.5K DK/$4.4K FD)
