NFL DFS Lineup Picks for FanDuel, DraftKings - Packers vs. Cowboys Sunday Night Showdown

Javonte Williams - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

Koby's top NFL DFS lineup picks for DraftKings, FanDuel -- Packers vs. Cowboys SNF slate for Week 4 Sunday Night Football (Sept. 28, 2025). His NFL daily fantasy sleeper picks.

Welcome back, RotoBallers! A big Sunday slate will be capped off with a fantastic Sunday Night Football game as the Green Bay Packers travel to Dallas to take on the Cowboys. Both teams look to come back from bad losses last week. The Packers (2-1) had a monumental collapse against the Browns, and the Cowboys (1-2) were dismantled by the Bears last week. This is also the return of Micah Parsons since the trade between these two teams.

Thanks to today's advanced analytics, I'll do my best to provide you with as much in-depth analysis as possible regarding positional matchups and the like to help put some lunch money in your pocket. Let's make some coin this season, gang, and get right to it.

I will provide you with daily fantasy football picks on DraftKings and FanDuel for Sunday Night Football in Week 4 -- Packers vs. Cowboys on September 28, 2025. These NFL DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks. MVP/Captain - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Jordan Love - QB, $15K (DK), $19.5K (FD)

Jordan Love has plenty of options to throw to, so he makes for a great option to start at MVP, as everything is gonna go through him. The only downside is if Josh Jacobs goes ballistic, then that hurts us.

The Cowboys have given up the most fantasy points to opposing QBs and WRs this season. This is the same defense that gave up 450 yards and three touchdowns to Russell Wilson in Week 2.

Love had a bad game against the Browns last week, but he should be able to bounce back extremely well here against a pass-prone defense in the Cowboys. I wouldn't be surprised if Love finished with over 300 passing yards and a few touchdowns in this one at all.

Javonte Williams - RB, $13.5K (DK), $15.3K (FD)

Javonte Williams finds himself in a tough position; the Packers have been great against the passing game. If this game goes how we might expect, with the Packers leading most of this game, though, it might take Williams out of the game script a bit.

Javonte has been quite the surprise this week. He was going deep in redraft leagues and might make for some league winners if he keeps it up throughout the season.

He has had 10+ fantasy points in all three games this season, with 20+ in two of them. Last week, he faced a tough Bears defense that was able to keep him under wraps. They also got down, which led to him not getting as many carries.

His ability to be active in the passing game, though, is significant for his stock, especially on DraftKings, where it is a PPR format. Williams should be productive, but I would also consider a lineup with Dak at MVP, in case this game becomes a passing-only affair early on.

Other Captains/MVPs: Dak Prescott, Josh Jacobs

Flex Plays - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Romeo Doubs - WR, $6.4K (DK), $8K (FD)

This Cowboys defense, as I mentioned before, has been getting killed by WRs this season. I'll break it down for you right here. Doubs is likely lining up against Kaiir Elam, and no one has given up more fantasy points per route run than him this season. He has given up .52 on average this season!

Doubs is getting an elite matchup that he should take advantage of, with no Christian Watson or Jayden Reed in the way. Doubs leads the way as the WR1 in this offense.

He hasn't been seen as much in the offense as I would have liked, only being targeted twice against the Browns in Week 3. That was a letdown spot for them, and this is an elite spot against a poor Cowboys Secondary, and it likely won't be the last you hear of it in this article alone.

Jake Ferguson - TE, $8.4K (DK), $9.2K (FD)

CeeDee Lamb being out most of the game in last week's loss really hurt this Cowboys team. That didn't seem to impact the TE Jake Ferguson, though; he saw the most targets in a single game in his career when he was targeted 14 times and caught 13 of them.

He is still looking for that first touchdown of the season, but with someone like Lamb out, Dak should be looking to Ferguson a lot in this one, as he did last week.

The Packers are a good matchup for Ferguson as they have given up the sixth most fantasy points to opposing TEs this season. George Pickens should see his fair share as the WR1 this week, but it's Ferguson who I'll be starting my lineups with.

Other Flex Options: Tucker Kraft, George Pickens

Value Plays - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Matthew Golden - WR, $7K (DK), $6.6K (FD)

Like Doubs, Matthew Golden finds himself also in a great spot against the Cowboys' Secondary. Golden should line up against Trevon Diggs, who has given up .43 fantasy points per route run this season.

Golden looks like he found some chemistry with Love in Week 3 as he caught all four of his targets for 52 yards. Had he not gone out of bounds, he probably would have had more and maybe even a touchdown, but chose to save clock instead.

We are getting a receiver with high potential for pretty cheap. The Cowboys have given up the most fantasy points to WRs this season, and this could end up being a bloodbath if Love is on target with his guys in this one.

KaVontae Turpin - WR, $4.4K (DK), $5.4K (FD)

Lamb is down, so someone has to take over those targets. KaVontae Turpin saw a massive increase in snap share when Lamb went down. He had the third most at 66%, and while Jalen Tolbert saw a higher snap share, Turpin has been doing more with his targets.

In his last two games, he has 111 yards and a touchdown compared to Tolbert's 40 yards. Ferguson and Pickens will take the majority of the load in this one, but I do expect Turpin to get a solid chance, especially if this game gets out of hand early and they start having to throw the ball a lot more late.

Other Value Options: Brandon Aubrey, Dontayvion Wicks, Brandon McManus

Sample NFL DFS Lineup

Here is a lineup option I like for tonight's slate on FanDuel. Note that sample lineups are not intended to be used in contests by readers, but instead to show the type of roster construction that I am considering when building my lineups tonight.
