San Francisco 49ers rookie first-round defensive end Mykel Williams (wrist) is considered day-to-day after getting injured in the Week 3 win over the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday, according to Nick Wagoner of ESPN. Williams was able to return after leaving the game, which gives hope that he'll be able to play in Week 4 against the Jacksonville Jaguars. The 21-year-old pass-rusher played 65 percent of the defensive snaps against Arizona and had two tackles. The 49ers will have a better idea of Williams' chances of suiting up in Week 4 once they start practicing on Wednesday. Williams is still searching for his first NFL sack through three games, and he's added eight tackles (six solo), three tackles for loss, and a QB hit. The Niners will need more production out of the rookie now that Nick Bosa (knee) is out for the year with a torn ACL.--Keith HernandezRead More News
